Same idea as the poll in the FF6 section.

Edward. I already know I'd be a Bard if that was still a viable career choice. And I've never been in a real fight, so I wouldn't be much use as a combat unit.

I'm more like Palom, annoying sister, I'm somewhat annoying. I always wanted to be a mage, but I would be a summoner but I'm not like Rydia.

Cecil.....too bad there is no golbez on the vote list, though.
![]() i voted for Cecil for a reasion. i usally like the ultimate bad guys of each ff way better, but this time you start as a dark knight and will become a paladin during your quest. thats an great idea. i also think the key points of ff4 are the fight in mysida to gain the crystal of water when you are a dark knight, and coming back as dark knight in shame for killing the people there before to feel their hatred and later do the honorable quest to walk up that (really small btw....) hill to receive the sacred light which is cecil's destiny... this is how legends are made. ![]() This post has been edited by MacBest on 6th December 2004 23:33 |

Working from the bottom up:
I'm not some old wiseman that knows everything about people I just meet (probably through stalking), so FuSoYa is out. I don't shamelessly flirt, nor do my parents require saving or vengeance, so no Edge. Palom and Porom are polar opposites, so how they got a single slot together is beyond me. But, I'm too lazy to be like Porom and too respectful to be like Palom. No. People don't seem to want to know what I'd be like in a leadership position, so I can't be Yang. I'm not in mourning, so no Edward. I'm not on a revenge trip, so Tella's out. My house has never caught on fire and I've never been in a time warp. I've been kidnapped by a huge water snake, but the circumstances were a little different. Not Rydia. How the heck did Kain get a vote!? I can't imagine ever betraying someone close to me. Struggling between right and wrong can apply to anyone, so I guess Cecil gets my vote. -------------------- "I had to write four novels before they let me write comic books." -Brad Meltzer |

Well, this is harder for me then the FF VI version of the same topic because I have no exact match. Also I have attributes of almost all of the characters(Except Kain, I would never betray my freinds especialy not my best one.). That being said Tellah, I'm stubborn and forgetful. I can be a know it all sometimes too.

Tella, probably. I can't even remember what I was doing ten minutes ago...
I think I've mentioned this before, but had there been an "other" option I'd have to pick the old crazy hag in Mysidia who turns you into a pig and then bounces off into the wilderness through the trees. -------------------- Words of Wisdom: If something can go wrong, it will. I originally had Palom and Porom separate, plus an "other" option, but we're only allowed 10 choices in a poll. So this was how I did it. I guess "Palom and Porom" should be "Palom or Porom".
Cool, Kain got 2 other votes. Now I don't feel so bad about voting Kain lol. I always get Kain in those online quizzes about "Which FF4 character are you?". It's not the betrayal thing so much as it's a personality type. This post has been edited by Riona on 7th December 2004 08:00 |

Edge: barely any self-control, foul language, an eye for cute girls and this sheer stupidity. That's me.

Edge. No common sense, and arrogance.

I nulled because there is no character that I'm like. I'd be Edge but I'm the polar opposite of arrogant.
BTW, I don't think putting FuSoYa up was a good idea, since he wasn't really given a personality. -------------------- When life gives you lemons... SQUIRT THEM IN PEOPLES EYES! Palom. Or is it Porom? I have the same thing with those Olson twins. I never remember which one is which.
So yeah. The vulgar, childish, insulting and comedic yet at times of good morals twin. He seems like me. |

Edge is my man, quick on my feet and some what a dolt at times, not to mention a sharp dresser and a good fighter. all and all he is perfect for me.

Woo! I'm the only Rosa.
Well, I work in pharmacy (healing people) and wear white, so I guess that's the closest you get to a white mage in the real world! I always named her after me, and Cecil after my man of the the time (currently my husband of course.) -------------------- Kupo! |

I am SO Tellah. I know more random information than the average college bum (I play college quiz bowl for UVA), so that might qualify for the Sage class. Also, I get real stubborn and determined in competitive situations.

Kain. A bit of an outsider that can run a mean streak of envy. Plus I never get the girl lol.

Well, I'd have to say Kain. I have a chaotic-neutral personality, and the betrayal thing is, sadly, not a problem - I don't have any friends.
Besides, I like to jump. |
