I don't think this info has been posted anywhere so I'd like to display what I have figured out myself via hacking. (I originally made this as a txt file but couldn't stick it to this message) tongue.gif

To ensure max HP and MP the most efficient way possible, you should equip the espers
that raise HP/MP at the right levels. When you equip Bahamut at level 69 and level to
70 with it equipped, you will gain 243 HP instead of 162. That's an 81 hit point gain.
Remember to equip the esper BEFORE gaining the level, not at the level specified...
For example, when it says to equip it for levels 69 and 70, that means equip it AT level 68 and
level to 69, then equip it AT level 69 and level to 70.

>All characters should equip the Bahamut esper for levels 69, 70, and 71
to ensure they will end with the maximum number of HP.

Here is the key for MP gain
>3 - Equip Crusader for levels 48, 49, and 50, for a total of 24 extra MP, it rounds down sad.gif
>4 - Equip Crusader for levels 48, 49, 50, and 51 for a total of 32 extra MP.
>5 - Equip Crusader for levels 47, 48, 49, 50, and 51, for a total of 40 extra MP.
Terra -3
Locke -4
Cyan -5
Shadow-4
Edgar -4
Sabin -5
Celes -3
Strago-4
Relm -3
Setzer-4
Mog -3
Gau -4

Gogo and Umaro cannot equip espers, therefore cannot end with max HP/MP. Sorry :/
