It's easy: go to the CoN's screenshot section for whatever game you wish, copy one to your hard drive, then open it up in MS Paint, Paintshop Pro, or Photoshop, and just slap some of your own text on there. =)
There's a little more to it once you get to the text adding part, but really, it's simple stuff.  Shouldn't take too long to figure out.Edit PM or email me if you have problems, I can do a pic-by-pic tutorial for you. I've got the time.
