Personally, I would like to see a prequel in the time of a young Balbanes during the 50 year war, with scenes of a young General Dycedarg, and a young Knight Zalbag. I think it would be neat to see characters such as Wiegraf and Co. fighting along side of the Hokuten before we see what happens to them in FFT.

I think I would rather have a tottally new story than a backstory/prequel. but that's just me, heck maybe it'd end up being awesome.

If they made a FFT-2, I'd enjoy seeing the path Delita chose, following his rise to power after Ft. Zeakdon, into Glabados, then into his reign as Ivalice's king. Maybe even extend the game further and see how he kept his "long, peaceful reign" long and peaceful.

Of course, if you mention Ramza and want Ramza to play a part, that would be alright, but that makes all the buzz about the ending in FFT kind of pointless, so I'd prefer not to have him make an appearance; maybe a reference though.

It'd be cool to see what happens to the rest of the characters after the defeat of the Zodiac Demons. It'd also be cool to see them add a creature even more powerful than the Zodiac Demons.

I'm with Shotgunn. Delita has a story to tell that is probably even more interesting and twisting than Ramza's was.

A sequel that wold show the events about 20 years later where another war would wind up happened but you would have different characters from the previous FFT (Like Olan and Balmafula for example). That is what I like or even a way to play FFT online (Like having matches with 4 teams 1v1v1v1. and having each person chosse 5 characters and have them battle with the other players for example.)

Final Fantasy Tactics 2.... Or whatever it would be called, I'd like to see it take place during the time that little kid is king, for when I beat the game he was only 6 years old at the time, so about 15-20 years in the future.

I agree with Kane about a completely new story. Although, Delita's complete story as to his rise to the throne (through his POV) and long and peaceful would be interesting, no appearance by Ramza (maybe or maybe not his party). I would prefer a new story in Ivalice either before, in-between, or after the story of FFT.

It's not so much a storyline in FFT-2 that I would like to see but I'd like to be able to put together a party of characters and put them off against like my brother' s or friend's characters and see who would win. I"d like party vs party battling. I know you can play 2 player on FFTA but it's not quite the same.

Either a prequel tale of what in the Seven Hells Saint Ajora was really up to back in the day, or a tale of Olan Durai's descendant who uncovered the true story of the Lion War, and his adventures with the newly rediscovered Zodiac Stones.

I would like to see the story behind Beowulf and Reis and a loadable system where you can upload FFT files from your PS1 memory card.
and villens like Master thief Zero and Priest Buremonda should make an appearance somewhere, some Propositions can be playable, and a showdown against delita.

Something completely unrelated to FFT, but set in the same universe. Maybe, maybe have a descendant or ancestor of a few of the special characters be involved. I'm sure the Zodiac stones would factor in some how, though. However, instead of ressurecting Ajora and the Lucavi, have it be a different group with a different agenda. Perhaps see how the chruch in relation to the giovernment has changed, if it has at all.

In otherwords, the story should pick up on the ramifications of the first game, but not be a true sequel.

I'm good with anything as long as my main character's sprite doesn't look like an idiot again. And maybe add a little something where the icon reflects your job, maybe not the same sprite as the generic characters, but something.

I guess the story was so much fun for me that I wouldn't be worried about the story of FFT-2, but would worry about the little things that makes a game better.

I would really like to see a FFT2 where you would be able to choose what character you could be as your main character. I mean, instead of having to go the route of Ramza, maybe you could choose Delita's path or, better yet, Weigraf's path of choice. At least the game would have a little better plot line. I would like the battle type to stay the same, though.

I would like to see what happened to the characters from Ramza's party ( Mustadio, Agrias, Beowulf, Cid, Meliadoul, etc. ) as NPCs in a new story during King Orinas reign, because if I am not wrong, Delita's reign was peaceful
