how did you use ultima with locke? the only ways to learn ultima are ragnarok esper and paladin shield. either you are talking about atma in kefka's tower or your hacked (or there's something I don't know)

But you can't get the esper or shield until WoR and Atma Weapon is on the Floating Continent.

So are you asking about Atma Weapon (on the FC) or Atma (in Kefka's Tower)?

Both versions are pretty easy as memory serves, but I'm usually a few levels higher than most people so I don't really know for sure.

The monster was easy, but very cool.

With the Atma Weapon on the FC, I kinda got cheap. Every charecter equipt Wall Ring and Cherub down. I would have tried it without these relics, but I was terrified of the thing...

He wasn't easy OR hard..He was just medium..
I beat the floating continent one like around lv 20-25 and my second game I beat him around LV 30-32. Music was good. So was the monster. At first when I saw him in the Bonus section of FF Anthology, I was like "Oh, my God! I have to fight HIM!? I think he'll beat me with one strike!"

I always train my guys so they're way above average, otherwise it might have been difficult.

Atma was pretty easy if I remember correctly. Atma Weapon was about medium, which is why I nulled my vote.

Atma Weapon and Atma were some fun battles, now the two weren't total pieces of cake, but I found the two easy. Good music.

Both are pretty easy but the first time I battled atma weapon I got my ass handed to me. I was WAY underleveled >.>

The music was great and the monster looks awesome.

The one in WoB was pretty tough, since you don't have all that ultimate magic and stuff and he has flare/quake. I countered quake with float and just pummeled/chainsawed/throw/ and danced him to death which took awhile :/

He was so easy. I didn't even have to use magic to attack or heal, I just killed him in less than a minute wiht physical attacks.

Very easy. I just beat both versions into the ground with physical attacks, nothing special.

Atma Weapon (on The Floating Continent) actually got my blood pumping a little, though I didn't die. Atma, the one you're talking about was a tad easy versus how I had leveled up my characters.

But Null Vote because I say medium for both. What do you have against listing medium?! ... it's just my size.... sleep.gif

The first one was difficult for me, mostly because I am always underleveled to try and balance out the difficulty. The second one is a joke though, I have never been low enough to even have a small amount of difficulty.

Both of them were pretty easy, i just beat them down with the best stuff ive got
which for atma weapon is always Edgar using his tools, and Sabin using his blitzes

and then when i reached atma, all my characters were powerful enough to just beat him down, doesn't matter who i use

just realised I haven't shared my opinion...
the weapon was easier than expected; I just hit it with everything I got (a pretty repetitive battle actually: aurabolt, chainsaw, despach, runic, aurabolt, chainsaw, despach, runic etc) and he went down unexpectedly. when he did that flash to show that he is dying, I was like "aww crud, I'm gonna die from a super attack" (my memory sucks so I forgot what it meant)

I haven't gone through kefka's tower yet...

The Weapon's around medium for me 'cause I'm usually underleveled on the FC. All I really gotta watch out for then is Quake (it's typical of me to forget to equip Cherub Downs) and possibly its Full Power attack. I enjoy the challenge the battle can provide, plus I always try to lengthen it as long as possible to at least the point where it starts to store energy. There's just something about those glowing, turning gears that appear that's just so...I dunno, really cool.

Atma, however, is indeed simple although I don't fight it half the time since I'm always in a hurry to take on the remaining dragons. And honestly, would YOU want to get the living crap beat out of you while YOU'RE just sitting innocently in a bathroom? With that said, I'll null my vote.

he was easy, but he was still quite cool, and if you were weak, the stupid blast thing got ya though, those status ailments were awesome, but it kinda reminded me of a marlboro (or oscar) but easy win for easy exp.
