I hope there isn't already a topic about this. Miss Lohan is my favourite celebrity right now and probably always will be. Multi-talented, gorgeous and very down to earth. Love her movies and her singing voice, too. So, any other LL fans out there? P.S., I help moderate a major LL forum, Site Removed. thumbup.gif Sorry, I didn't mean to give a link to that site. blink.gif

I have no idea who Lindsay Lohan is, but we at the CoN don't condone the sort of thing you just did. If you don't like the girl, don't participate in the thread. Putting up that picture was rude. Next time a thread comes up about something you don't like, don't participate in it unless it specifically calls for a debate (though mocking pictures don't fall into that, either). - Elena99

That was uncalled for. If you don't like her, just say so. Don't make such mean pictures of her. dry.gif

Strangecosmos.com has some cool picks of her, if you like her alot. Which I do.

I'm fighting my own nature to not give up the link to the specific picture I have in mind to hunt for....

Must... resist....

Seriously, Lindsey is an absolute doll.

Elena99, you should check her out. Even though you two are same-sex and all, I think you could appreciate her beauty.

Well, actually, that's not a problem Ham. I'm bi. And open about it on these forums. ^-^

I think she's quite attractive. I haven't seen any movies with her, and unfortunately she happens to be in Freaky Friday, which has a plot that I've seen too many times in the past for me to go through with watching the movie. Maybe someday I'll see her in something.

She's also in Mean Girls, which I found amusing. She's from Africa and moves to America, a culture she has never experienced.

Who is she, a porn star or something? Oh I SEE!!! If you are obsessed with her, you have some serious issues. This girl is one of those Poser artists that really just some rich bitch that has no reason to be reconized by society. (like hillary duff as someone else said)

Moderator Edit
Where did she say she was obsessed with her? She is permitted to like any celebrity she pleases, and I don't want people to be intimidated from posting here. This moronic attitude of yours, Kresin, won't be tolerated. I DON'T want to see any more posts from ANYONE talking crap like this here. I hope we're clear. - Elena99

Elena99..... kicking ass and taking names since 1981.

I didn't know she was trying to break into the music business. Interesting. Hillary Duff tried it, and had alot of success with her first cd, Osmosis, or something close. I never heard a single song on it, but I imagine it was the standard cookie-cutter fluff that Brittney and Christina did in their early years... minus the gratuitous sexual lyrics and imagery, mind you.

I think Lindsey is far prettier and more tallented than Hillary, but I wonder why she feels the need to go into music? I'm thinking it's her agent's idea, mostly. Who cares how Lindsey is remembered, as long as her agent gets his right here and now? LOL Maybe Lindsey has Hillary's old agent. He came to her and said, "Listen, Lindsey, I've managed the careers of greats such as Hillary Duff!", and poor Lindsey was sold.

Well, Lindsey Lohan has been known to hang (party) with the likes of Paris Hilton ever since she became miss Teen Queen or whatever. I'm a fan. (though i hate paris hilton).

Well, I'm not particularly fond of her [meaning not a fan] or her Disney-spawned career either, but I'm sure she has more staying power than that little flower petal, Hilary Duff. In five years, I imagine Lohan will have moved on to more mature, dramatic roles while Hilary Duff is serving plump, fresh cinnamon rolls at Hardee's. happy.gif

Ever notice how young artists who take roles in intensly serious movies have staying power (Kirsten Dunst - Interview with a Vampire, Natalie Portman - The Specialist) and ones who take goofy teen movie roles end up tossing their career into the gutter? And yes, I'm drawing a corallary with the Lindsay Lohan conversation.

And I highly doubt this. Who doesn't want to be a rock star? Lindsay played in a pretend band in one of her disney movies and I'm sure she was like I can do that in real life, regardless of whether or not she should do it. Remember Jennifer Love Hewitt?

So true. It does often seem that way. However I don't even know who Lindsay Lohan is, so I wouldn't know how she fits into that. I'm not very into movie stars or musicians. I guess I just prefer ordinary people.

The problem with people who want to be rock stars is that they usually have the rock star attitude, meaning they are usually really stuck up and rude because they know that they have a great fan base. Example: there was a story on the radio and a few articles in magazines about it saying that Lindsey Lohan went to a resaurant and after sending the waitress back five times, and being really rude about it too claiming that her food wasn't good (even though it was cooked the same way every time, including the last time which she didn't complain about) Miss Lohan decided it was time to file a lawsuit because the waitress finally spit in her food (which I would have doen too!). Just another example of the "rockstar" attitude... Lindsey Lohan just sounds like a real brat in need of an attitude adjustment, or a really good @$$ whipping.

I assure you this didn't happen. Lindsay doesn't strike me as the type of girl who would do such a thing. She just likes to have fun. thumbup.gif

Yeah... and my girlfriend assures me that Michael Jackson doesn't strike her as a child molester because he doesn't seem like the type. I don't think that we could really assure anyone of anything about the person in question until you get to know her... Miss Lohan is famous for acting, so what we have to remember is that even in her interviews she is putting up a certain degree of an act for the public, meaning that she wants us all to see her as a good person so that the public doesn't boycott her for being a... you know. So don't feel insulted if your reasuring doesn't quite convince me.

Which is probably the problem. If you are going to accuse or defend somebody that you don't even know personally, you probably want more to go on than your opinion. You should probably have proof. dry.gif

Not that it matters. The likelyhood of anyone from this forum even meeting the woman is quite slim, so we probably don't really need to know anyways. thumbup.gif
