My image is fairly self-explanitory given the name. I had been switching around to avoid using avatars that other frequent posters were using, but seeing as that isn't too easy, I settled on this one.

i picked mine because lich is one of the most powerful monsters of every game i know , and because we have the same name

I think I've finally settled on one: the FFT Male Chemist. I originally had Cid from FFIV, then Rosa, then CPU, and now I have the Chemist. I seem to be more knowledgable in the area of FFT than I am in FFIV, so I naturally wanted to switch over to an FFT avatar. I also consider myself somewhat of a nerd, and the Chemist was always a fun class to master in FFT, so you do the math. On second thought, "figure it out" is a better phrase.

A while back I had a fellow member of my fraturnity over for dinner. I didn't really know him (it was set up because he was a new member who studies the same thing I do), but we could get along greatly from the start. When I got up to give him a drink, he asking "do you know Final Fantasy?" "The game?" "Yeah" "Well, I played 4, 5, 6 and 8, so you could say that".

Then, out of the blue, he said I reminded him of Squall. "Only you talk more". Well, in most ways that was quite a compliment So yeah, I was getting sick of Ragnarok anyway, so here you go.

I change all the time, and I have posted above, but my eyes had always glanced over the Mediator. They were always cool, Controlling, Catching and whatnot, in FF5. I went for the FFT sprite because the FF5 one was taken, and, from what I've read, they seem pretty cool. Convincing enemies to join their sides, negotiating, fighting with words rather than swords... well, words and guns. Sort of remind me of myself, I despise fighting. Stylish wordplay has always been my forte.

The name says it all.

My screen name is Blue Mage, so I needed to pick out an avatar of a Blue Mage. The choices were the characters of FF5, Strago, Gau, and Quina. I hated Quina as a character in FF9, so s/he isout. I didn't like the Strago and Gau pictures, so I went for the best-looking character as a Blue Mage: Butz! And so here it is.

I just picked mine today. Poor Galuf (from FF5) is so under-mentioned. And i just finished a white-mage single-class-challenge (SCC). Hence Galuf as a white mage :)

This is my favorite chracter from FFIV, thus the choice was made for me.
