WARNING: HUGE STORY LINE SPOILER. If you haven't played and beat the game, I suggest you not highlight and see spoiler. Possible spoilers: highlight to view Iris, who helps you through many parts of Lufia 2, is also Erim, one of the 4 sinstrals. That leaves it up for grabs to whoever wants it. This one's for all you Seiken Densetsu 3 fans... The Faerie can only rest in a certain spot, without mana. Where does she reside? -------------------- Uwao. aooh! I'm Gau! I'm your friend! Let's travel together! |

Well look at that! I'm up again. Can you figure out which RPG I will ask about? If you said Earthbound, your correct! But that wasn't my question, this is:
That quiet brainy kid that comes along with you has a friend with a very unhealthy obsession. The question is two-fold, what is that friends name and what is he obsessed with? -------------------- "That Light has bestowed upon me the greatest black magic!" |

I would ask a question relating to Earthbound (after all, I loves me some Earthbound), but I might get cyberslapped across the face.
Soooo.... (Super Mario RPG) Describe, in detail, how you obtain the Lamb's Lure item. Also, how many times must you use the Lamb's Lure in battle before it becomes the Sheep Attack? -------------------- Words of Wisdom: If something can go wrong, it will. Princess must have the B'Tub Ring equiped, which can be bought in the Marrymore Hotel. She must then use the Mysterious Egg, which can be purchased in the Moleville Item shop about half way through the game for 200 coins. She must use it 10 times in battle for it to be changed into the Lamb's Lure.
Edit Forgot second part. IIRC, it's 48 times in battle for it to become Sheep Attack.... This post has been edited by Fadien on 10th July 2004 14:47 -------------------- "And that, my liege, is how we know the Earth to be banana-shaped” -Sir Bedevere the Wise |

Buy B'Tub ring Equip Ring Buy Lamb's Lure from Toad Use it 48 times Watch some sheep put enemies to sleep -------------------- Uwao. aooh! I'm Gau! I'm your friend! Let's travel together! |

I just said Moleville Item shop. I knew it was the toad. How ever, your answer is wrong to. You buy the MYSTERIOUS EGG. Use it 10 times to get the Lamb's Lure, then use that 48 more times to get it to be Sheep's Attack. The Toad's located in the Item Shop, so just mentioning the shop is close enough.

Lufia 2 again.....
By collecting all 8 of the dragon eggs, you may have a wish granted by the Egg Dragon. How do you fight the Egg Dragon though? And what rewards does he give if you win? -------------------- "And that, my liege, is how we know the Earth to be banana-shaped” -Sir Bedevere the Wise |

Right down my alley... you fight the egg dragon by collecting the 8 dragon eggs enough times to claim all the prizes, then collecting them one more time. If you beat him, he gives you the Egg Ring and the Egg sword. Totally great items.

What was the first ever RPG released on a console platform?
(Note: I haven't found a foolproof way to verify this that won't take me hours, but I'm pretty sure that my answer is correct) |

Adventure? (it may not count, but it used to be considered as such).

I'm thinking it's Phantasy Star for the Sega Master system. Dragon Warrior came out in 1989 (US) while Phantasy Star came out in 1988 (US).

The correct answer was Dragon Warrior, MM gets it...
And Kame, Dragon Warrior came out in 86 in Japan while Phantasy Star came out in 87 in Japan. |

Quote (MogMaster @ 12th July 2004 00:39) you forgot the lightside Quote (The Ancient) Star Forge Robes The Qel-Droma robes found on Korriban are certainly better looking than the Star Forge Robes, but not nearly as powerful. Oh yeah....since we're just editing posts...I'll put my question here, and take a break from Earthbound for the moment....Oh who am I kidding? More Earthbound it is. The Man on the second floor of the bakery lost his contacts! Ness is quite the model citizen and returns them. In typical RPG fashion, no good deed goes unrewarded...What does Ness get for his troubles?
