What does the level up bonus (agility +1) mean? There is no agility stat.

Thanks!

Agility? I swear it's Speed +1, but anyway...
It's a speed boost. Increases the natural speed of your character, how fast they move in battle, possibly even evade (don't quote me on that one). It's the only Esper with a Speed bonus, so...

Yep, agility = speed, it's merely an inconsistent translation. Speed only affects the rate at which your action bar fills up. It doesn't affect your chance to evade attacks. The evade stat was supposed to control your chance of evading physical attacks but due to a bug the mblock stat controls your chance of evading physical attacks (as well as magical).

I have always wondered, does speed help increase your chance to steal?

No, only level does as far as stats go.

While we're on the subject: does in-battle level reduction (Dischord) gets processed in this (for both the target and the user)? The same question goes for other moves (Flare Star, Stone, L. # Flare/Muddle/Doom). Or does it only affect damage calculation? I know it is true in FF V (a strategy there is to use DarkShok, followed by L. 5 Doom), but the games are different on multiple points.

Yeah, Dischord's get processed, it's a good tactic for LLG theft IIRC.
