Quote (leopol @ 29th May 2004 08:07) no idea! ![]() What a useful post! Thank you for registering so you could say that! What he might have been trying to say is that in normal gameplay, the only way to get the Illumina is to wager the Ragnarok sword at the colosseum. -------------------- "To create something great, you need the means to make a lot of really bad crap." - Kevin Kelly Why aren't you shopping AmaCoN? |

If you want to play just an "almost" gamepaly, try the new game + patch.

The only way I think to have both the Illumina and Ragnarok is to activate the Relm Sketch bug, (like me

well i think the ragnarok esper is pretty much useless, cause you can change the curesed shield into the paladin sheild and learn ultima that way. so i would say get the sword illumina it kicks ass!!

I'll second that. You can't do a lot with the Ragnarok summon you can't do otherwise. You'll be able to access an unlimited amount of Strikers and Assassins, but that's about it. Morphing may be a nice concept, but it's hardly worthwile the time it consumes.

I would suggest hanging on to the Ragnarock esper...you can use it to get lots of offering relics. I'm almost positive the Brontosaurus in question mark forrest will change into an offering when you use Ragnarock on it. I might be wrong about that though, it's been a long time since I've played FF6.

I chose the sword, almost always. The sword gives me abit of an extra challenge by not having Ultima. Sometimes boringly aggervating, but its definately a turn around in gameplay.

It's so widely thrown around that it's almost a rumor.
There is no way to receive an Offering through morphing enemies. There is only one Offering in the entire game, and we all know where to find it. This post has been edited by Djibriel on 30th May 2004 22:56 -------------------- |

No, Its 256 battles I believe...cause it needs to be over 255, but on the broight side, you can just set your emulator (if thats what you use) to the really fast speeds and fight the monsters on the original island you start on. It goes by really fast.
