Would anyone know how to parse sounds from an emulator and save them into a .wav or some other file? without having a mic next to the speaker of course.

I think Snes9x can do that... I know ZSNES can output SFC files, but that wont work.

to the Mod who moved this, I apologize, I keep putting topics in the wrong forum, hehe, anyways, my intentions were because I'm getting sounds from an emulator to put it in my creation, a flash animation, err... I'm such a dork
Edit: Actually, anyone know any ways to just record sounds from a computer, and not from the microphone? like have a sound recorder record what is being sent to the speakers? And I tried the spc thing, but that only saves music, I'll be going for sound effects, and since that's the case I'm going to want to be able to record them at my will...
