this is my pet lizard jake


he is my login namesake


he recently had a bone disease long his back
he enjoys lounging around in the light and sleeping on my head

his colours range from light to dark green, oranges, yellows and whites

That lizard is so cute!

Anyways, I don't have my own website or whatnot, so I don't have pics of my pet turtle, but I have a red-eared turtle, with size about two inches in diameter.

I used to have katydids, but I fed them stuff from the local Asian grocery store, which had pesticides, and they all died.

There aren't many dogs cuter than a pug, that's for sure.

I've got a 17 year old dog, she's half pointer half chocolate lab. Picking her up from the animal shelter is one of my very first memories. She has an incredibly sweet temperment and has mothered the cats who have come through our household. In fact, we ended up adopting her because the other dogs at the shelter were bullying her, she just wouldn't fight back. She's the kind of dog who's always thrilled to see her family, can't imagine life without her!

I've also got a siamese cat, whose origin is something of a mystery. At the humane society, he was being housed with a number of pure black kittens and a black mother, but the people at the society told us that they'd found them all together. He's pretty assertive, quite a character.

I lurve doggies! I've had 4 in total, 2 of which were older than me. Tess and Rosie (mongrels) died a while back, but at the moment I've got George - an auburn lurcher, and since the other dog is a girl, he's not quite all there if you get my drift. Holly is the cutest doggie ever. She's a mongrel, somewhere between a labrador or a golden retriever or something, but she's about half the size. She's got a black nose, and her snouty thing is black at the bottom but gradually peters into a brown and then a golden coat.

And Holly's so stupid. She's so affectionate, which is why we got her from the RSPCA. In her five previous owners, she kept trying to lick them so they abused her, and even when they were nasty to her she still loved them.

And George, we got for my mum's birthday from a farm. He was kinda the runt of the pack of lurchers which were going to be used as hunting dogs. Nevertheless, we fed him up and made him a fat crap of a dog, so he's really unfit.

I don't personally have any pets, but there are tons here at Rich's, where I'm staying. If Rich and I move out to an apartment soon where we can have pets, we're going to take his cat, Enz. Enz has always lived in the house, she's a few years old, but she's technically Rich's cat. There's 4 cats here, 1 dog, and some goldfish.

She's black and white, and pretty shy. She hangs around outside, or inside in the basement a lot. Enz is short for NWO, which is short for New World Order, which means nothing. It's just a wrestling thing.

If you guys know anything about JRTs, it'd be that they're extremely smart and extremely HYPER. When he was a puppy, he would bark all night at his reflection. It was annoying then, but it's endearing when you think back on it.

Another time, he was running circles around our glass table, turned a little too sharply, and smacked right into the glass table. He stands up, shakes his head, and keeps on running.

i got 5 cats. none of them really have names, cats dont really answer to a name anyway. ive sat on the couch and watched my cat watch me for hours.
