Blitz, all the way. Specifically Bum Rush and, earlier, Aura Bolt. A close second is Rage, especially Peepers (Pearl Wind) and Io (Flare Star).

I love Cyan's SwdTech, based on the concept behind it (Charging, character growth, etc)

All the abilities have thier uses... some better than others, but all good (except perhaps possess).

But my all time favourite is Mog's dance. Seeing him attemt to damnce, then fall flat on his face is one of the upsides of this great ability. The other upside is the ability itself. So... yah.
