Well saw the movie and just saw a small bit of the comic and man, if I ever got up the cash to buy a comic...well it'd be JtHM, but if they were out, it'd be...well Akira...but if they were outta that, chances are it'd be Hellboy.
Okay, the movie rocked, let's get that outta the way right now. However, there were certain points I didn't particularly like (had a few probs with the bad guys fer one), but there is one thing they got right...REALLY right! Hellboy hisself was AWESOME! For such a...y'know, hellish fella, he's the most down to earth superhero I've ever seen at the theaters. He's machismo with a heart that comes off as geniune. Ronny boy did him proud, no spitting. Oh and I just loved that baseline that played during the intro credits. -------------------- |

The movie looks so stupid that I would not pay to see it, they would have to pay me to see it. Once it is on cable TV, maybe, just maybe I will watch it.

you would probably like it Grugby. My friend saw it and he said that was one of the best movies he has ever seen. For one thin gi hate short movies and this movie is almost 2 and a half hours. I still have to see it this weekend though.

It seems to me Hellboy is like one of those farts that builds up for a long time, and then you have a big long dramatic struggle to fire it off and then...it's a little, odorless squeak.
I do not plan on seeing Hellboy. Lets get a movie called "Bellboy", about guys that take luggage up to peoples rooms. I'd see that, by God. -------------------- Blood & Fire |

HAHAHA...I'd see Bellboy before Hellboy...that has got to be about the lamest looking movie ever to hit the screen...other than Titanic!!! UGH!!! I might rent it... after I have seen every other movie in the store!!!!!!!!!
