Maybe it's just me, but I have many things to finish that I've started. They (most of 'em) are self-imposed.

I have:
-The sprite set to finish
-2 fanfics to work on
-Flash video
-There's usually a fanart I'm working on
-School (HUGE chunk of my day)

Hey wait, most of those are CoN related. blush.gif

My vote: A lot, but they're self-imposed.

What about you all? Ever feel like you've taken on too much or that people give/ask you to do too much?

Right now, I'm in the week from hell. I have four exams this week, as well as two projects and a bunch of different homework assignments and other obligations. So, I have a lot on my slate, and it's imposed by others. >_>

I had a little bit'a hard time deciding...I have two fanfics currently WIP, a webcomic that's stalled, RPing I've been trying to cut back on, and, of course, work. I don't know if that's a lot, but it's getting slimmer (thank God e_e).

I'm about half and half. One half's college related, the other half is comprised mostly of independent projects(intramural soccer, games, languages, etc.) I had a hard time choosing because there're a number of other projects in my view, but they're just not getting any attention whatsoever, so they don't count.

man i just got too much little stuff piling up, i cant even handle it anymore

i got 6 tickets that i shouldnt have, so i gotta pay lots of money that i dont have to lawyer that i dont like, and i probably wont be able to drive again til im like 90,

due to lack of mobility, i cant get to a higher paying job than the butcher shop and the shooting range, so i cant pay for school, or make enough to be able to live in my own apartment so i gotta be living outta peoples houses or wherever i can find to sleep at night,

i got my bass player constantly bitching and complaining for me to finish songs that HE started writing, along with my own, not to mention my (minor) responsibilities playing drums with a little band i got on the side that i just mess around with and people are getting mad at me when i fall behind because for some reason, all the writing is left to me,

pretty small, but its bothering me to no end that i dont have the cash to complete the guitar i started building back in december, so its just sitting on a stand on top of the shelf mocking me,

and all of a sudden, COMPLETELY outta left field, my girlfriend decides to put the relationship on the rocks, so now i gotta try and fix that up too, meaning having to spend MORE money i dont have on "im sorry" flowers (even though its still unclear as to what im sorry FOR), and listen to her tell me about everything thats not working right, and how things just arent "the same as they used to be", so thats just another chip in the pile.

nothings been working out right for me since my mom died in october, and even that is still a massive weight on my shoulders, things just keep getting thrown onto my pile of shit. so thats just about all i got. i think im dealing with a lot, maybe im wrong and im just bitching about nothing.

Lets see...

I have tons of school. That takes about 5 hours a day.
I need to play my piano a lot. I have over 15 pieces I am currently working. sleep.gif
I try work on my compositions at least a few times a week.
I have more school to worry about.
Uhh... I try to play videos games, but it seems hard when doing so much other suff. It's probably been at least two weeks since I've sat down to play a game.
Oh, then, there's my 4 hours a day I spend in chat rooms...
And I also have other smaller things that add up and take a quite a bit of time.

God, I need to straighten up my life.

Right now, i have a bit to do. My Higher Exams are coming soon, and, despite the fact i've decided to do chemistry's exam next year, i've still got a lot of revision to do.

Coupled with the many Forums i go to, and the many Parodys and spoofs i (try to) write, im a bit worked. Oh, and i've still got a ton of Chaos Marines to glue up..

I'm drowning in schoolwork, trying to get all of it caught up. I really wish I was graduating college this year like everyone else my age instead of next year. Trying to get my observation hours done twice a week, although that's almost over until next year. Have to run track, which is increasingly getting a smaller and smaller piece of my time pie. Plus there are Cubs games to be watched now (that's the self-imposed part.)

I don't have a life anymore it seems since I am in methods in college. Basically I am doing both student teaching and taking classes in college. So when I am not grading papers or writing up lesson plans, I have to write 20 page research papers and take essay tests. Not to mention rugby practice on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 2 hours, games on Saturdays, and lifting everyday for an hour and half. I mean hell I bought a game cube a week ago and I have had barely anytime to play it. Thank God summer vacation is a month away.

Between the part of my life at college and the other half at work, my life is very busy right now, plus it's not really organised (2 weeks at college with some study to do, 2 weeks at work with 3 projects on my hands...). I'm actually looking forward to work full-time : it will be less tiring...

Right now I'm hauling major ass to get my demo reel finished and pass what I call my 'get a job' class, where they're telling us how to get down on our knees and suck some in order to gain employment.

Yeah, I'm kinda bitter about it.

Wow therandyrhoads that's terrible. It sounds like things can only get better for you right? I think so. Hang in there.

I'm in a transition period right now because I just finished FFVI Expert Version 2 and the weather is getting warm. I'm kinda stressed out with so much going on but all of it is self-imposed. This list will be coming into effect during the next few weeks:
  1. Work part-time job at the library
  2. Look for a full-time job
  3. Maybe do a Gogo fanfic
  4. Go bicycling 3 or 4 times a week
  5. Swim 2 or 3 times a week
  6. Either fix the scratched wheel on my car or buy 4 new ones (the wheel model I have has been discontinued sad.gif)
  7. Purchase, paint and install a new hood for the car (if I can't get a cash refund for the defective hood I'm sending back to them)
  8. Wash the car on the weekends
  9. Play bass guitar and prepare for a performance with my dad (I'm only playing one song)
  10. Either start playing Railroad Tycoon 3, Need For Speed: Underground or Spades @ zone.com
  11. Continue working on my mp3 collection
  12. Read some books I bought
  13. Participate in the CoN chatroom and forums among other internet activities
  14. Watch the White Sox and go to games

To be honest I am not up to a great deal at the mo...

I am starting a new job on 19/04 which pays about twice as much as I am on now.

I am trying to get my DJ career back on track, but I am finding it difficult to get recognition where I live (I also spend WAY too much money on Vinyl).

I am learning to drive in May .

I have ordered FFI & FFII on PSone and look forward to playing them.

I am 'between' girlfriends but I am actually enjoying the single life biggrin.gif

Cant wait for the World Cup Qualifiers in September though, Wales have got England and it is going to be absolute carnage!

Work is definately a killer. I just got temporarily re-assigned from the company's Europe AP department to the International Travel department. So for the next month or so I'll be sifting thru thousands of receipts auditing expense reports from Australia for the last two years.

I practice Bass everyday, a friend of mine & I are talking about starting a "Nintendo-core" band. Basically we want to either write songs about gaming or take existing music from games and alter it, kind of like what Ozma did with "Korobeinki" (The theme song from Tetris Gameboy version)

I have a girlfriend who takes up most of my time on the weekends, but she's sick right now so maybe I'll get to go on a lil roadtrip this weekend & see my bro, have a jam session during the day & go party at the bar at ngiht.

Currently, as in RIGHT THIS MOMENT, I'm playing Final Fantasy 7 with my left hand & I'm browsing this forum & checking some other stuff on my computer with my right hand. sad.gif

There's just not enough time in the day......
