Who was you favorite bad guy?

I thought it would be interesting to see who liked what bad guy since most posts only deal with liking good guys and hating bad guys.
I personally like Izlude. He's got an awesome look to him, especially with that green and yellow suit. He's also the ONLY Knight Blade in the game, and he does a hell of a good job at it. Izlude was the son of Vormav, for those of you that didn't know. I think with just the SLIGHTEST persuasion, Izlude would've joined the good guys' team. He seemed like a "goodie-goodie" to me. I wish I hadn't have had to kill him.  |

my favorite enemy would have to be wiegraf (who, in my first time through the game, i thought would join your party later on) wiegraf had his goals of rebellion, and revenge.

The ONLY reason I consider him a bad guy is this: you HAVE to fight him, and he fights back, therefore, making him a bad guy.

I think that Elmdor in his human form was the coolest and probably my favorite. Just because, first of all he looks like Sephiroth and also he thinks he's so powerful but when i stripped him naked he was like "...You're strong!"

can't help but like all the one's that ran away after I trashed them. especially if they were talking smack during the pre-battle smack-talking time. hee hee hee hee hee... chicken soup, not just for people who are sick.
or Zalbag.. does he count? I'd say Elmdor's my favourite bad guy. He looks real cool (sephiroth!!!
 , his sword is really good, his Lucavi form is cool and his assassins are hot. If Elmdor didnt exist then I'd say either Izlude or Gafgarion (sure gafgarion kinda looks like a goat with a moustache, but u just gotta love his cool looking night sword attack  |

woops i hate Goltana, but my FAVORITE bad guy is Izlude. He was cool and i was hoping he'd join your team. too bad he got killed off. And Gafgarion? he is freaking stupid i hated him the second time i played the game i took away all ofhis equipment right away so he is super weak in his first batle he turns against you it is funny becaue he had only like 160 hp or something so ramza killed him in one shot. hahahaha thats what you get you bastard.

Yeah haha i gotta admit gafgarion's really weird and if u take all his items away hes a weakass... but the first time i played i had a little trouble cuz i was a newb and i made Ramza an archer
 and then i got my ass kicked by him during the 1v1 gate level... well his night sword IS cool, but.. yeah hes a goat with a moustache and rusty armour other than that |

All of the shrine knights (guys in gold armor. even delita). Shrine knights are cool, the best enemies. and they look great.
Other than that I'll say Gafgarion. I REALLY liked this guy for some reason. Hes all business. Doesnt let personal matters get in the way. I like that. -------------------- No, really, they do. |

I would say Delita is my favorite bad guy! Considering her uses everyone he knows and threatens to kill Ramza a few times. I was so mad at Algus when he killed poor Teta. And that changed my perspective on Zalbag a bit. But I would say Delita because he went from being stable boy to king!

my favorite bad guy has to be weigraf he seemed to be a guy who knew what was really going on and wanted to change the world and all that...

That really doesn't make it any better you know. Besides why would Zalbag take orders from Dycedarg. A common belief is that Dycedarg is the General of the Hokuten but if you check Brave Story it says he gave up the position of General to Zalbag and started working directly under Larg. I think I remember it saying the Balbanes asked him to do it or something like that.

nono, its been verified. Zalbag was taking Dycedarg's orders. While Zalbag is in charge of the hokuten, Dycedarg is still a higher ranking person...

I look at Gaff as a kind of corrupt, replacement father-figure to Ramza. He didnt really want to hurt Ramza... he actually tried to persuade him at ZireKile Falls to stay on his side. But in the end, he was a mercenary, and couldnt let himself get too close. So I like him the best of all the bad guys. Now, my favorite to actually fight would have to be Dycedarg, because by that point of the game you are so fed up with his BS, and killing your father, THEN turning your middle brother into an undead freak.... it was fun to kick his arse. Is it just me, or does it strike anyone as odd that the fight with Dycedarg's conditions to winning say something impossible like "Defeat Dycedargs Elder Brother!"? lol

Heh im not so sure if Delita was a true bad villan like figure but he followed the code of greed Areum est potasest Gold is power....now that I think about this more greed is human nature; I guess Delita was really human.

I few enemies are my favorite like the assasins Celia and Lede, Wiegraf is the most important, and Vormav. Okay maybe it's more than just a few...

I would really have to say Elmdor...OH YEAH!!!!!! he was absolutely amazing...actually he was probably one of my Fav. bad guys out of all the final fantasys.

Tactics had so many great bad guys. Elmdor's awesome because he's so mysterious, but Wiegraf's definitely my favorite. I really wished he would join the party.

Queklain is who you're thinking of. He's easy for a Zodiac Demon but he can still bring the pain if you're unprepared.
My favorite bad guy would have to be Elmdor also. Just the way he carries himself, the skills he is endowed with, and his Assassin entourage make for nice character. After Elmdor, I'd say my next favorite would be Gafgarion. I fell in love with Night Sword the moment I saw it and it's effect parallels Gaffy's actions in the plot, too. <Night Swords everyone> -------------------- It's gonna be a glorious day I feel my luck can change |

My favorite enemy in FFT actually has no name and has the capability of joining your party... He's the Chemist in Colliery Underground 2nd(?) Floor that has the Blaze Gun. I call him Collins. I like him best because he's a complete no-name that has managed to find an extremely rare, one of a kind weapon and yet does absolutely nothing with it!
