I don't have any favourite, but I must admit that "Edgar's" clothes have a very elegant "look" which I'm very fond of. But what do you think ?

Shadow's ninja get-up is fantastic. Really sets the tone for his character in general. Dark, menacing, and full of surprises, much like the man who wears it. I never quite figured out the purpose of that thing on his head, though...

I voted Gogo, but I was really wishing the poll listed Terra. Her little armoured outfit is sexy and its colors compliment her hair. Other favorites are Setzer for the same reason as i4v, and Shadow because the tinged black makes him seem weathered and stronger.

I voted Shadow, because he's my favorite in the list you gave. I like everybody's outfit (except maybe Cid's), I just really like Shadow's style : true ninja all the way.

I think Terra would have fallen nicely in the "anyone else" category. By the way, I think her outfit is ridiculous and insulting. Sorry, but bathing suits aren't armor, and it's insane to think that someone who had even the slightest sense of practicality would rather wear something that looked good with her hair than something that was actually functional. -------------------- Veni, vidi, dormivi. |

I really wish they hadn't taken away Terra's green hair in the FMV Playstation version. I got the two of them confused in the introduction movie. Celes had really ugly normal clothes in the end movie.
I thought chibi Celes had the best costume, although Locke came a close second. Mog was best actually. Him and his cute little naked furry behind! Â  |

No doubt, my vote hands down is "Bad-@$$ Supreme" Shadow. The legendary Ninja in all black is the coolest thing since Ferigno. He's the "Bad" Good Guy, who is bad to the bone.

Although I really liked Setzer's clothing and Locke's getup, I went with my gut instinct and chose Shadow. The epitome of the mysterious ninja.

id have to go with Shadow, the assasin/ninja get up is the coolest. I was going to go with sabin, but when i played the game i kept noticing something, it looks like his shirt is just a smear (wonders if he spelled that right) im playing the rom, so is it like a glitch or what? i havent played the actual cartridge in a long time so i forgot, lol.

Gogo....so mysterious, so colourful. So practical. Come on, you have to admit it makes him look cool. Shadow is runner up with his cool ninja outfit, then Edgar with his regal kingly costume. Then:

First prize goes to Celes. I say this because it takes a lot of creativity for a General to go to war wearing an 80s lime-green bathing suit and a cape.

It's such a hard decision. I like how all the characters dress except for Gogo and Shadow. I'd rather see their faces. Well plus Umaro is ugly in my opinion. Gau's got the most comfortable outfit whereas Setzer's clothes must weigh a ton. I prefer dexterity over discomposure, comfort over discomfort, and performance over imagery. I'll vote for Gau. Celes, Sabin, Terra and Relm have very nice outfits as well.

I voted Setzer, because the poll says "finest" clothes. When you look closely, aside from the trenchcoat (though it's extremely cool), his clothes are quite nice. He has what are probably dress-pants and he has that fancy scarf-thing that men where at the neck. He's a gambler, so he has a lot of money. Therefore, nice clothes.
As far as favourite outfit goes, though, I'd have to say Edgar. That king getup is really cool looking, and the cape looks awesome when he's casting magic. As for the bathing-suit armors, though defense-wise they are not very practical, the would be perfect for mobility. Armies in Scotland used to fight without anything on for optimum movement capabilty. -------------------- --sbq92 <>< |

My vote goes to Edgar. If I had to choose who's clothes I'd rather have in battle, it would probably be Gau or Sabin for mobility, but the question was about the finest clothes. As such, it's no surprise that the elegant womanizer king has the finest wardrobe.
