Ok WHO IS GOGO?! He could be lots of different people like baram,daryl,gestahl,and all the other people WHO DO YA THINK IT IS?

I think that the whole point of his character is that no one really can say for sure.

Smash made a good point there. Although I think that you can make a case for it being Gestahl, one of unique things about Gogo is that he/she/it DOESN'T have an identity.

You mean that's your opinion, MogMaster. I could never really think Daryl was Gogo at all - like Graveyard said. At first I thought him to be Leo, but he IS dead. Then I thought he was Gestahl for a while, but he was nasty and Gogo is bold and good. I think he could also be Biggs or Wedge for some reason, (I hated them dying so early on in this game) but the person I most think it is, is Baram. You never really see Baram die,

But he COULD just be Gogo. That's what I imagine him as now anyway.

PS: He could also be Banon or Arvis. Or a moogle from Narshe. Or Daryl's son!

Who says that Gogo is anyone? It could be just Gogo. Full stop. :-) Someone who's been there for years and never was Daryl, or Baram, or Gesthal.

Anyway, it's up to the opinion of the individual, so you can never really know. I personally like the idea of Gogo being Daryl. She had a crash, maybe hurt herself badly, and her outlook on life changed incredibly. Like the rest of the World of Ruin, she is a depressing version of her former self that's trying to start life anew.

Or it could be some guy who was good at mimicing then found himself at Triangle Island :-)

I think that of all the possibilities you named, the one that's most likely (other than Gogo isn't any of them) is Gestahl. If you think about it, why would Daryl, Arvis, Banon, or one of the moogles need to dress up in costume and stay that way to conceal his/her identity to a team with people he/she already knows (unless he/she went crazy when the world got ruined). (As for the moogle idea, any moogle is too short to be Gogo.) But Gestahl might do that, if he survived. He knows that the team hates him, but (let's say) he had a change of heart after his mistake with keeping Kefka and decides he wants to help the team out. He can't just let them know who he is, can he? Plus, remember how he used Fire3, Flare, and Merton on the floating continent? He probably forgot all those spells and skills that he had, but later gained the ability to copy them PROVIDED THAT there was something to copy from, and later he trained further to gain the ability to copy anything.

That's a good theory - I still think it's Baram. He doesn't want to reveal his identity because he doesn't want Shadow thinking he's still alive. Isn't that the same reason that Shadow won't reveal himself to Relm?

But even if it IS Gestahl, it doesn't explain the reason why he can't equip Espers. Nor does Baram either...I'd really like to know why he can't equip Espers.

PS: I was joking about the moogle idea - I just don't want them all to be dead.
