Nonsense fun. Puppy was a sketch I did that kicked ass considering the accuracy of the pic to the pup and how lil time I had as he stood still. The other one is a character in a comic that's gonna be a movie this summer. Chances are you've seen the trailer if'n ya seen the new Lord o da Ring movie.

Cool puppy. It looks very sharp, so I'm assuming you did that with computer graphics.

Is that red guy, "Hellboy"?

Charming picture of a boy and his dog >_>

Seriously though, good job. I've seen that Hellboy one before, and the dog sketch is good.

Actually I sketched both pictures and then scanned them. I use photoshop paths (boo all you want, I'll use Illustrator when I burn in hell!) around the pencil markings and viola!

And just in case anyone else isn't sure yes, that be a mug shot of Hellboy. Haven't had the pleasure of reading the comics, but I've heard nothing but good things, so I wouldn't mind getting hold of it.

Cool and cool. Here's a tangent: has anyone heard that the Hellboy comics are reminiscent of H.P. Lovecraft's writing?

OK, I really like how that looks (looks like freestyle paintbrush in Illustrator...yeah, I love the Illustrator brush!), so I'd like to know something about how you do that. I'm all thumbs when it comes to Paths, so any help you can bestow would be...well, helpful. smile.gif
