I'm confused. Orlando Bloom - is he straight or gay? It doesn't matter personally, but I've actually never heard his sexuality discussed so I've always assumed he was heterosexual (which may or may not be strictly PC).

Anyway, cute pictures :) He looks...swarthier than in the movies. Maybe it's the hair?

I agree, Hsiu. It's the hair, and maybe the clothing too. In the movies, he looked more like, well, an Elf :-) But here, he looks like his clothing was carefully picked and hair carefully groomed. Older, too.

Dominic looks very nice too, from what you can see.

Friend of mine took the pictures from this angle, but according to Orlando Bloom and Dominic Monaghan, Orlando is bisexual, and Dominic is comfortably straight.

interesting pictures. I'm not to surprised that orland bloom is bisexual, its kinda a fad in hollywood nowadays (britney spears and madonna?). Anyways, Bloom is a hottie (and yes i'm straight) and its too bad he was kissing that dude and not Johnny Deep, now that would be hawt!

IMO you can't be completely straight without being comfotable saying another guy is good looking. Girls call each other cute all the time, yet its gay for a guy tp say another guy is handsome? thats a ddouble standard if u ask me.

At the risk of turning this into an "issue" topic instead of just a picture of two pretty men kissing (Dom's the best looking of the hobbits, IMO, but I've never been that wild about non-Legolas Bloom), I agree with this. The double standard is just silly.

I'm saying that I always just figured that Orlando was always straight. And I never said I would "hate" someone if they're gay. I wouldn't even dislike them. I merely incinuated that the image I had of him is no longer the one i have anymore.

No I don't hate ANYONE who is gay. And I do agree that a person's sexuality is a physical trait, but I also believe that you are what you're born as. You can't change your sex or your race, either. I'm not sexist OR racist, I'm glad to say, and I'm rather surprised at all the words that you put in my mouth, like dislike and hate. I hope that I hate no one.

I'm sorry I misinterpreted you, Figaro. I truly am. In my defense, though, you didn't say 'my image of him would change' you said 'my faith in Orlando is diminished', which implies negative effects to your opinion. THAT and I listed 'hate someone/dislike someone/not have the same feelings for someone' because I didn't quite know WHAT you meant, but it sounded VERY negative. I bet I wasn't the only one of us who thought so.

Again, my apologies, but you needn't get defensive and claim 'I put things in your mouth', when it was an honest misinterpretation. You should have expected such an interpretation when you wrote it that way, or at least given some credit to the fact that maybe it wasn't an attack or my putting things in your mouth, just a misunderstanding.
