every message board needs a topic like this.
basically, just post whatever album you are listening to at the time. since most people don't listen to albums on their computer, you can do individual songs, too... bright eyes - letting off the happiness Moderator Edit Yes, and when this becomes a 300-post topic that absolutely nobody cares about, every message board will close it. -R51 This post has been edited by Rangers51 on 10th January 2004 06:18 -------------------- IAN CURTIS 18 - 5 - 80 LOVE WILL TEAR US APART |

right now, I'm listening to "Stress" by Godsmack from self-titled disc in my cd player... ask me in about 10 minutes when this cd is over, I'll be listening to Rage's self-titled cd... so "Bombtrack" would be the song...

By the way, where have you been Rocky? Been ages since I've seen you round here. I'm listening to Stephen Lynch's album "A Little Bit Special". This man is a comic genius IMO, and has a pretty decent voice too. The song is HermAphrodite.

i dont know where i was, actually.
anyways cursive - such blinding stars for starving eyes me and my dad are fixing up our amazzzing stereo and system, the turntable we have is sooo good, it was like a $10,000 system when he got it (for free, this is what mob connections get you) and today it's like 10 times that because no one makes thing as high end anymore. a good 2/3s of the speakers and amps on the market today are complete shit. anyways, i just can't wait to listen to my vinyl on such an amazzzzing system.now i get to go spend hundreds of dollars on more records. i need cure, smiths, iggy pop, joy division, bowie, and stooges stuff, anyone got anything they can part with? and why would you close this thread, ever? it never dies and it leads to some of the best and most relevant discussions and debates a forum will ever see. but i suppose it's not my decision, i got fired. ![]() Moderator Edit Actually, any debate would be off topic, since the topic is "what are you listening to now", not "what do you think of who I'm listening to." And watch your mouth. Oh, and for the record, as of this moment, I'm listening to the Smashing Pumpkins farewell concert in Chicago. "Porcelina", to be precise. -R51 This post has been edited by Rangers51 on 11th January 2004 04:05 -------------------- IAN CURTIS 18 - 5 - 80 LOVE WILL TEAR US APART |

I'm watching "Headbanger's Ball" on MTV2 right now, and that's playing all of my favorites. Right now it's playing "Self Medicate" by "40 Below Summer".

r51 - what's with the whole "stay on topic" crap? the whole point of the thread is to discuss music really... i don't see why it matters if it strays to another music related topic...

fugazi - red medicine
and since when did the people who "work" here get so anal about going off-topic? really. im not trying to be an ass or anything, but in a thread called "music" that i myself started, i kind of fail to see how talking about music is going "off-topic". sorry i didn't elaborate more in my first post about what is ok and what isn't ok to post, i wasn't aware this was nazi germany. Moderator Edit Ok, the Rocky show ends now with an incredible TRIPLE POST.
