OK. I'm bad at this, so...
Which character can equip the most amount of weapons? Moderator Edit I assume you mean "who has the largest selection of weapons to equip", not "who can equip the most weapons." The maximum for the latter would be two, one in each hand. -R51 This post has been edited by Rangers51 on 2nd December 2003 13:10 -------------------- "I had to write four novels before they let me write comic books." -Brad Meltzer |

I think it's Locke.
Edit Ugh, I counted Terra's weapons (26) and Locke's (28), but I forgot all about Edgar. ![]() This post has been edited by i90east on 3rd December 2003 00:59 -------------------- FFXI (Siren server) Tauu the Windurstian Tarutaru! White Mage & Paladin |

I believe the answer would be whoever holds the Merit Award.
Unless you're speaking of course in terms of who it'd be w/o the Merit Award, in which I'll say Edgar. |

I think it's Locke too, most of the swords Terra Celes and Edgar can equip and all the knives and boomerang weapons too.

What enemy in the game can you acquire the most Lores from? .. I could've done better. |

dark force, by far.
23 out of 24 actually, all the lores except for grand train, which you can only learn from hidon. 20 of 24 actually, though still the right answer. GrandTrain, Pep Up, Big Guard, and ForceField are not in Dark Force's arsenal, and you must either use its Rage, Sketch it, or Muddle/Charm/Control it for CleanSweep as it doesn't have it in its command script.

i again stand corrected ZED...
the "good question" i thought i had was how many relics raise the defense stat, but then i realized in the relic equipping menu, theyre all in a row at the top of the list, provided you have all of them no good... so instead, how many weapons absorb mp to deal a critical hit? name them. lame, yes, but i had to think of something fast after i realized how sucky the first question was. -------------------- You watch the world exploding every single night Dancing in the sun, a newborn in the light Say goodbye to gravity and say goodbye to death Hello to eternity and live for every breath Your time will come... |

The punisher is a weapon? I thought it was only an enemy.

Yeah, it's a rod. Banon uses it, and you can find one of your own in the underground castle beneath Figaro/Kohlingen.

Quote (therandyrhoads @ 6th December 2003 00:29) its all yours, detah. sorry guys, ill try to think of a better one next time. According to CoN's FF6 section, Ogre Nix uses HP to inflict a mortal blow, not MP, so unless that's an error would Detah's answer be incorrect? -------------------- SPEKKIO: "GRRR...That was most embarrassing!" |

That's an error. No weapon drains HP to deliver damage.

No. Straycat can only cast Blaster if you use Sketch or Muddle it. During Sabin's scenario, you can encounter the Straycat...true...but you cannot sketch or muddle it, so you cannot experience Blaster yet. Sketch and muddle are not available until you have Edgar and the airship or Relm and the airship. You can encounter/experience it from an enemy/boss long before that point.

Actually, Muddle won't allow Stray Cat to use Blaster.
Edit Also, you can venture back to the Veldt anytime after the Narshe battle, so you can use Muddle with Edgar then. This post has been edited by Master ZED on 8th December 2003 07:50 -------------------- |
