I was wondering if you had a choice who would you prefer stalking you throughout your whole &@€·&·$ game. You no those bosses that just come back again and again stronger each time. And im not sure if it was Biggs and Wedge in 8 but im pretty sure they followed you a few times.

I'm a fan of the Turks myself. Though quite plainly the Ultros reception will probably win out here. For a SNES game, he was pretty funny.

Ultros. It's gotta be Ultros. Uncle Ulty. He's the only thing I know of so far that I both find funny and hate. I don't think anybody would ever want to run into a stupid, loud-mouthed, nutty purple octopus, but I still find Ultros funny.

Ultros is cool beyond words.. He's got all these corny jokes for you when you go to THWOMP! him. He is "Blooy Persistant" and always seems to screw it up for himself. Ultros gets my vote.

I chose the Turks because they have that "secret agent" aura around them

second i would choose Ultros for he is pretty interesting, plus a s stated above he always screws it up for himself

biggs + wedge come in 3rd for they are cooler than zorn and thorn

Thorn and Zorn dont get any votes from me they are just plain stupid, i never liked them, and they gave to easy of a boss battle, i just dont like them

Zorn and thorn are the worst of the bunch they always show up when u least expect it they work for like every enemy in the game and they are amazingly annoying with there rhymes. Yeah they suck but they are hilarious I love 'em

Ultros. He didnt have a reason to do it, but he did it anyway. and hes a nutter.
BUT not the best.

The Turks. Ooh, its secret agents, whoa rent very secret, but act like the gestapo. and are pretty cool
BUT would have been better with a bloke called 'Herr Flick' in charge

Biggs and Wedge. Theyre incompetent, they screw up, they cant fight...
SO unlike the soldiers of my homeland... so they win

and Thorn and Zorn? lamest, but it was more satisfyign to wallop them. mainly cos you coudl say

I voted for Zorn and Thorn, because they were a very interesting spin from the previous enemies.
Second goes to Wedge and Biggs because I just feel bad for them at times. Other than that, they just hold a special interest for me.
And Odark, they didn't follow you, you just kept running into them.

Ha ha, the turks are winning . I am very happy with the results on this poll. The turks are the coolest enemy stalkers in all SqaureEnix's game. You got Rude and Reno, two guys who think exactly alike and believe they can take anyone on. You also have Elena, the noobie who doesn't know pretty much anything and who's not a freakin awsome as Reno or Rude. And finally, you got Tseng, the leader of the entire bunch. He is also my favorite turk. There is a retired turk as well...

vincent never really RETIRED, he was shot by hojo in the shinra mansions laboratory, and was experimented on. guess shinra didnt really bother to look for the obviously missing member of a four-man organization (guess they didnt like him much), and vincent awoke when cloud and company find him in the coffin hojo left him in.

Biggs Wedge and Cid are i belive in every final fantasy game. I voted Ultros because man hes funny yes I no its not good for the poster to vote or is it postee I don't no. I hated Zorn and Thorn so much that I was happy all day the day I killed them which was quite possibly the most annoying battle I've ever been in. The Turks are a close second to me though and I like Vincent he still has that '''secret agent''' aura about himself.

I think the two you are looking for in 8 are Raijin and Fujin. I think they're the funniest after Ultros, but the Turks are the coolest. Zorn and Thorn get points for just being more seriously evil than most comic relief henchmen.

I like the turks, not that i thought they were cooler than other or anything, but i thought it would be interesting to fight some characters multiple times (more than ultros). I Kinda like the feeling when i go ..."turks? not again!"

I think I'm going to vote for Biggs and Wedge on this one, even though I haven't finished VIII yet (I just started Disc III). But I agree with Gears--Raijin and Fujin are great opponents. I especially liked the battle in the Balamb Hotel; I died the first time around, because I wasn't prepared, but then on my second try I just summoned the HELL out of those two. Brothers, Leviathan, and Ifrit, baby! Oh yeah!

But anyway...Biggs and Wedge. Hee hee. I liked the first fight against them, mostly because they got blown away by Elvoret after a couple of rounds. That made me giggle, especially since you get a GF from Elvoret. I also like how Biggs and Wedge seem to switch sides every game. Evil in 8, good in 7, evil in 6, etc...

What else can you do in ff8 but summon the hell out of people? I can't remember rajin and fujin, why you ask? because most of that game wasnt worth remembering lol. But im suprised Biggs and Wedge are in last place!!!

Gotta say that Ultros is the best. He was my first "stalker", and being featured in my first RPG (where just about every aspect of the game was "new, and spiffy, and uber-cool just because it was my first) only makes him ever so much cooler. Sure, it was annoying when he'd kill me 5 times in a row because I didn't know to put Banon in the back row, but I appreciated how he went from "Hay, I'm gonna eat ya!", to "REVENGE!!!", to "Yo, I got my own plans, and I want da POWAH!!!", to "Sup? Here, meet my friend; he likes to sneeze", all the while saying really dumb crap along the way. Ultros rocks.

And why all the hate at Zorn and Thorn? I found them to be very entertaining, what with their reversed-yet-the-same phrases, and they way that they had the potential and the malicious mindset to really screw you up, but they were too idiotic to do it. Only thing I didn't like about 'em was Meltigemini introduced me to Virus, which did not make me happy. At all.

The Turks were ok, but Reno and Rude really seemed like they were too full of themselves to me, Elena, although hot, was pretty ditzy, and Tseng just never did anything.

Biggs and Wedge, although comical, never really connected with me. They were always just there for the sole purpose of getting their asses kicked. I liked Fujin and Raijin more, but they had a different case that made them seem less like real rivals. I believe that they only fought you to stop you from getting to Seifer, but without the intention of killing you because you're more or less schoolmates/comrades(well, less friendly, but that's the only word that comes to mind right now). They definitely are more honorable, but without any form of true malice, they didn't seem to me to be real opponents.

Bottom line: Ultros is the ultimate!
