I have a question pertaining to Final Fantasy VII. I have about everything in the game. There is one thing, however, that I don't understand. I have Tifa's final weapon, but it does very little damage. It only does 300 damage. I know there is a secret to each weapon. Clouds weapon does more when he has his max hp, Cids does more with his max mp, and Vincents weapon does more the more enemies he kills. If any one knows the secret to Tifa's weapon, I would like to hear. It is killing me because I want to use Tifa but her final weapon sucks . Anyone have any ideas?

Well, on a guide somewhere I read that you it powers up when you have a "Miss" on her limit slots. Besides Ultimate Weapon, I never used any of the ultimate weapons for more than just trying them out. Maybe I did to beat Sephiroth, but I don't like not having materia growth so.

Close, but not quite. The power is simply related to her limit gauge.

So, when you're nearly at or actually performing a limit, you'll do tons of damage, but then you'll be stuck doing very little until your limit bar's full again.

I certainly found it to be one of the more useless "ultimate" weapons, and it does make Tifa a less useful character at the end of the game than she could be. Ah well.

That sucks. Oh well, the God's Hand isn't all that bad. Just less materia slots. Thanks tiddles.

Yeah, I really hate Tifa's final weapon. I like to use her, but I never use her final weapon because it sucks so much (crystal glove is a much better choice for me as I attack a lot)

i don't use Tifa most of the time. her final weapon does suck. the only one more useless is Vincent's.

Whooooaaaaa.....

This is weird. I had Tifa's Ultimate Weapon equipped 24/7 and loved it. I just induced sadness with her gauge merely somewhat high, and then had her doing 9,999 per strike, and with 4x cut Materia it turned out to be just what the doctor ordered. Eventually here Limit would Break, and then I'd induce Hyper, and the gauge would fill back up in a battle or two. The guage barely budges with Sadness, so she whooped ass virtually non-stop.

... and I think I've heard talk of Kane becoming CoN staff as the appointed.... topic... reviver.....

deathblow <-> added cut, and let tifa's gauge fiil all the way up. just pound them with deathblow command -- no need to use fight or limit, ever. if you have multiple deathblows, you can add a command counter, too.

Now, I can't remember what the name of the status effect is (I think it's Rage), but if you can get Tifa hit with it, you can fill up her Limit Gauge much faster. I used to do this with everyone, and I know that there's an enemy on the island of Yuffie's homeland that can hit you with that status effect. Of course, you have to make sure you don't cure her of that stauts ailment by going to a hotel and stuff like that,

That is why Tifa is my one character I give Deathblow too. If an enemy can't die that way, she has a full set of master abilities anyway.

The first time I got her best weapon I thought it was useless...

but then I noticed when the limit guage increases her power strength in her weapon increases as well until it fills up her limit guage, she has to use her limit then the limit guage is empty which means her weapon is empty and weak as well...

I didn't like that effect...
