What does the game SAY Zephyr Cape does?

Something like :
'Increases ability to block attacks'

This leads me to believe that it has more blocking ability than its reported +10% Evade and +10% MBlock. My game is unpatched, so Evade does nothing. So I tested the hypothesis that the Zephyr Cape blocks more attacks than +10% Mblock. It does not. Therefore, the Zephyr Cape is totally inferior to the White Cape. It would have been cool if coders saw fit to give the Zephyr Cape some bonus blocking ability which is not represented by the +10% MBlock though. Instead theres just that nifty redcape graphic. They should have let the redcape graphic be some bonus defense but no.
