In ff VI or any FF game breezers are when you level up heavely at a certain point to breeze through the rest of the game
My game breezer in VI was before the floating continent after fighting Ultros in the cave east of Thamasa Go back up to the top room. I level up the characters I choose to use (at the floating continent) all up to level 32 this is also a place to take some time aside to learn magic from espers and finally it makes going through the floating continent a sinch, and also made Atma weapon seem like one of the easiest bosses in the game. And since I used Edgar, Sabin and Celes inm the floating continent it made the whole beginning to the world of ruin a lot easier. what are some of your game breezers? -------------------- "Have you ever seen a baby do that before?" |

My game breezer is leveling up one character at Cyan's Castle. That is just my opinion though.

I don't like breezing, but if I wanted to I would do it at the Lete river (the thing where you go around in circles automatically while using a "turbo" controller).

level up your first few characters in the wor before getting any others. then those you get come at a compareable level (which saves time, but you still have to spend time getting them magic, improving their stats). this is a good strategy for gogo, umaro, or any other character you don't intend as big magic users.

I always wondered if there's some person in this world who trained Vicks and Wedge to level 99 without cheating...

I had a few breezers. One was in the world of balance, when you first had access to Kohlingen. I would take Locke and/or Celes, and nobody else, and give them the Genji Glove, the Black Belt, and two of the back row weapons available in Narshe. The battles would go by quickly, you could always retreat to Kohlingen or Jidoor to sleep at an inn, and you'd be either alone or only with two people, so the experience would add up quickly.
Another was in the world of ruin, on the continent where Doma Castle is. If you cast Vanish there, none of the enemies on the green areas can hurt you, save the Tumbleweeds who rarely cast LifeShaver. And even they can be taken out easily with high-leveled fire spells. -------------------- Hey, put the cellphone down for a while In the night there is something wild Can you hear it breathing? Quote (i90east @ 22nd November 2003 23:01) I always wondered if there's some person in this world who trained Vicks and Wedge to level 99 without cheating... lol, but then there is no point. Maybe except how terra levels up with them O.o but that really would be a pain... -------------------- I will be there... |

Hey I just thought of something. If you did that, you could freak out Locke and Edgar by casting Ultima

Hehe ... I love that line. It is always good to see it whenever I burn those Magitek Soldiers up.
Breezers on the other hand, I do not believe in them. I play a game to play it, not breeze through it. I want to get the most out of it before I slay Kefka... anyway, just my opinion. -------------------- Quote My life is a chip in your pile. I hate breezing... it makes a game pointless and boring. Especially the first time through, there is no point to it. It's much more fun when the battles are a challenge. I hate defeating a boss too easily.
But a thing I like to do in the WOB is sort of "play the game over again." This is to get Mog all of his skills, most at least. See, I start in Narshe, walk through Figaro, and into the cave. By now he should have four skills. (Plains, Forest, Desert, Cave) Then I bring him up Mt. Kolhigen, he gets the Mountain Blues... through the river Lete to get the WOB only Water Rondo, and I take the Serpent trench to Nikeah, go to South Figaro, and walk back to Narshe where the airship is. I only do that once though... not the best way to gain levels. Thamsa area probably has the toughest monsters, most EXP. -------------------- Targeted individual Jesse Radin |
