of the basic classes(ones that ANY character could be) which would you be? i think that i would probably be a time mage. they are the coolest.
1. control time and space
2. CAN MAKE METEORS DROP ON BADDIES HEAD
3. can learn teleport
4. Kickass outfit.

I would be a lancer.

Sweet outfit
Long RAnge Weapon To AVoid Counter Attacks
Coem down on the enemies head across the screen at no mp cost
Can be set with the ability to transport
Can jump to any height
Te REal Javelin And Escutcheon are kick ass

Generic class I would peobably be a Lancer
Lancers have stong attacks, good attack range, can jump on enemies for more damage, have good HP amount, and have an awsome outfit

Special class however I would be a Temple Knight like Beowulf
Good attacks, awsome abilities, and just plain awsome job

Eh, I expect this topic to be 293847 people replying with "Lancer" so I'm gonna go different and say Chemist. Nice long range attack, with great healing abilities. I'm sorta fast IRL, too, so I could just shoot, run, shoot, run, heal.

well, i was never to keen on the way male lancers looked. but their abilites are still pretty nice. however, being a TM would be awesome. id love to have the ability to say "STOP IT!" and then it actually work. Or...saying something like, "HURRY THE HELL UP!" and then everyone in the room speed up. or casting "quick" and it always be MY turn to do something.

It would be a Master Swordsman for me . I would be invincible! Oh well, I would really want to be a black mage. I like how they look. They have black faces with no facial features, just yellow eyes. But they have a lot of power. I would have counter magic, so you couldn't stop me noobinator .

I'll probably enjoy being a Oracle in real life : Sleep, Paralyze, Petrify, Blind, and Silence Song...Mwuhahaha, there's so much possibilities.
If I were to be a warrior, I'd choose the Monk, because I like martial arts, having practiced it a lot.

Samurai just cause i like katanas. that and a summoner.

hmmmmm......I think I would have to go with Mediator, loved the Equip Gun ability(switch to knight afterwards.......REALLY long range breaks) also, I liked that I could get people to join me, put them to sleep, etc.

Since i havent posted in awhile, (Gaming making has taken most of my time) then i'll try to make this one... good at best.

If i were a warrior/fighter type character. Id have to be a monk with "equip sword" ability, monks outfits are cool!

My magic user is without a doubt a black mage, the have the best looking outfits in my opinion. With maybe a small summon abilty, (Who could live without Bahamut?)

My longe range guy would probably be a meditatior, having such a range would be cool, plus making animals help you, ( an army of animals )

And finally my "Special Class" type would be, a (cant remember name but its Orlandu's class) sword guy. Having all those techniques would eb the best, (Heh heh, swing an imaginary sword and have someone pass out through loss of life force.)

If theres any other type of char i missed tell me.

Under the Basic Classes i'd be either a... Monk (break their neck), Knight (slice'em in two) or Black Mage (i'd make those suckas RUN for their life, bwuhaha). Special Classes, definatly the Dark Knight

I'd be a thief. Their speed and move practically let them fly, they can loot their enemies blind, and charm almost anyone.

I'd probably be a
Temple Knight
the magic sword abiblity is really good
attack andhave someone go to sleep

I would like to be a Holy knight
for several reasons
one no charge time
two no MP cost
three the tachniques like holy explosion have good attack ramge

overall i really like the class
its really good

thank you people for your opinions, i really appreciate it. however, i think that some of you missed the point. i just wanted to know what or the generic classes you would be(ex. black mage, knight, chemist, etc.) not unique/special classes (holy knight, temple knight, etc.). i don't really care as long as you could at least do the part that I asked for, but please do not post if all you're going to say is,"i want to be a holy swordsman, w007!!!" because yeah, everyone would choose that if they could. but generic classes usually end with great diversity. and DP, i still think that you came up with the most unique answer so far, good job!

Hi. I'm new here. I've beaten the game at least 30 times, though. I would choose the Samurai. That way, I can use Blade Grasp to evade physical attacks, and take pot shots at you with Kikuichimoji.
