GOG is having a sale on RPGs.

A mix of WRPGs and JRPGs. Including most of XSEED's catalogue, for what it's worth (convenient link to that). That includes stuff like Corpse Party (which I noticed has had a significantly cheaper price this year than before). (And Gurumin too, but not NISA- or Aksys-published Falcom stuff.) Meanwhile, for some reason, Idea Factory isn't participating, but oh well.

Also various other things are on sale in other sale events, including the Yakuza games in a SEGA Publisher Sale, and Horizon Zero Dawn in an Adventure sale, and more you can find from the main page.

I couldn't find these games anywhere else (I checked Steam myself, and IsThereAnyDeal shows no other stores anyway), so this might be the last place to get them.

Haha, they're trying to sabotage the kiddies' education! Or providing the parents something to do while their kiddies are back in school?

Whatevs, I'm neither, and this sale isn't affecting any of the games I want, so I guess I'm wait'n on the next season sale.

For anyone who doesn't know it, this is a Sonic-inspired game, but cooler, in my opinion. The first character plays like Sonic with an additional attack button. The other two I haven't tried yet. But I love the game already.

Bundle has 422 items and a minimum purchase price of $10. Currently it's raised about $68,000 of its current $100,000 goal, from over 5000 contributors who've paid an average of a little over $13 for it.

Looks like it hasn't been added to randombundlegame.com yet, but I presume it'll be added soon.

A quick check of it shows that it has Polyroll, a Sonic-like game starring a roly-poly bug (a.k.a. pillbug, a woodlouse that can roll into a ball). That one I've played and it seems pretty nice. It also has a game I've been interested in but not yet played, called Kandria; it's another action platformer.

Edit: OH WOW IT HAS TUNIC.
