Shadow's Dreams: Five or Seven?

I have heard that Shadow has seven dreams: four triggered by any inn, one when you get Shadow in the WoR, and two triggered by locations. I have also heard that if you see all seven dreams, it will change Shadow's ending. However, I have found absolutely no evidence for this anywhere; which understandably leaves me doubtful. Still, I want to change Shadow's ending so badly that I thought to ask yet another source: Does Shadow have a seventh dream?
