Anyone see Season 3 Ep.1? Man it's amazing so far and looks like the series is going back to its roots after a lackluster season 2.

Anyone notice how AMC all of a sudden started producing some amazing TV Shows? I don't think you can compare them anywhere else. Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Hell on Wheels and the Walking Dead seem to not only show serious talent and great acting but great story writing as well.

A couple years back I would of never believed AMC would of ever have risen this high. With production values the way they are with AMC programming I believe everyone has a lot of catching up to do.

Bumping this thread, seeing as it got no love the first time.

Season 3 is coming into the homestretch, and it has been undoubtedly the best season they've produced thus far. A series that started off as another take on "Ahhh! Zombies!" has evolved into a series with a lot of substance. This season becomes a lot more about the descent of man into territorial and possessive animals, just one step above the walkers they're running from. It rings true to the season's tagline "Fight the dead, fear the living".

The character evolution has been excellent, seeing the meek become strong, the strong become insane, and the wrong become righteous. Andrew Lincoln's portrayal of Rick has been spot on the entire series as he's gone from dutiful cop, to a confused newcomer to the world of the undead, to leader, to a couple frayed strands away from going insane on account of

Last 3 episodes, and it looks like they're taking the war to the Governor's front door. I'll be tune in. Anyone else?

I'd pretty much abandoned it but I'll have to give it another go now. (I thought the game was excellent, though not really related to the tv series and a little slow to get going)

I have seen half of season 3 and thus far it's been an excellent run. Highly recommend watching this series... breaking bad as well.
