I picked Dark Knight, due to their deadly weapon combos.
Please explain why you like so-and-so class.

Wait, so you have the DS version? What's your friend code? (Sorry for off-topic, I'm desperate for the OK.)

I'm sorry, but if you can't do a poll with the correct number of options (yes, I know we are the ones that limit it), it really shouldn't be a poll. I'll remove the poll from this topic and close the others.

In the original, maxed-out OK just barely edges out Sage. In the DS version, I'll go with Knight. Dual-wielding knight swords with better tanking abilities than a Warrior? Yes, please.

S'okay. I'll just wait for someone to post in that thread.

I hate the blank space that's right after Ninja. T_T

I only played a TOTALLY LEGAL translation (which TOTALLY exists) of the NES version, and I was a big fan of the two upgraded mage classes. It just made sense to me to have a white mage and a black mage instead of two sages. Never used the summons much, and if I recall correctly, they got way more casts of their respective type than Sage. This may explain why in all the years I've been posting here, their sprites are the only two I can remember using.

edit: minor error
