Do I even want to know what you're going to do with it? I mean your profile says you're a male so that's probably not your picture. Hopefully you know this person well enough to know their a sense of humor...
Anyway, even against my better judgement, here's a sorta at least half serious attempt: ![]() The Gimp could probably do sooo much better if I knew how to use half the stuff in it and were willing to spend more time on it but let's face it, I'm no photo editor. I only downloaded it because it has multiple layer support, transparency and various color selection tools which are helpful for pixel by pixel work.... The smudge tool is helpful too but i have no idea how to give it that caked on the face texture or make the makeup look so opaque while preserving predominant facial features.
