I'm trying to remember the name of a PS1 game that I played and beat a long time ago that I apprently don't own anymore. It was a really old tactic-esque RPG that had horrid graphics and characters models. The most distinctive and tell-tale clue I can give you about the game is that when you attacked someone with your sword streams and globs of blood would just shoot out of the enemies, making it the bloodiest tactic RPG I've ever seen. Does anyone know what game I'm talking about?

I think you're talking about Vandal Hearts. Here's one of the first youtube vids that showed up. Whenever a character dies, they burst in a shower of red.
