There are many materia combos:

Cover, Counter Attack x13. That should kill it, especially if you equip it Yuffie and her Conformer.
Possible spoilers: highlight to view She doesn't steal all your materia and make you go find her in some unknown land just for a terrible character. -------------------- Does anyone actually like Cait Sith? |
