Hey there, me again
I know it's an old topic but it seemed sensible to bump it rather than make a new one Reason I'm bumping it? Well, for us Brit's it comes out of 4th September, and across the pond for you American's it's actually out the end of this very month A demo is currently availible off the PSNetwork for peeps with a US account (So us brits need to make a US account) which has Onion Knight, Cecil, Terra, Cloud and Sephiroth playable with an Early-Mid level moveset (Called Normal Mode) and an Early-High level moveset (Called Hard Mode) each What has been confirmed for the Western release is new moves for characters, more cutscenes and story exposition and apparently (unplayable) appearances of other characters The tutorial (which was an hour in the JP version) hs been significantly simplified and shortened aswell New move examples include Squall having a barrage of Ice Spells that stop in mid air while transforming into electricity before exploding and Zidane being able to use Free Energy without having to combo it from a Brave attack I'm highly enjoying the demo, to which the gameplay format is 3 Page Tutorial (Game Mechanics) Stage Cosmos Throne: Versus a hero 3 Page Tutorial (EX information) Stage Cosmos Throne: Versus a villain (Allows EX to be gathered) 3 Page Tutorial (Triangle movements) Stage Chaos Shrine of the Past: Versus a hero 3 Page Tutorial (General tops) Stage Random of Crystal World, Dimension Castle, Dream Zanarkand, Dark World, Tower of Rubble/Magitek Facility and the Red Moon: Versus a villain |

I believe those were the ones I posted you're refering to I'm happy to go into more depth with the characters if people want me to? I've been following this thing religiously and I'm quite happy to.... say.... post info about each game daily, so like, WoL, Garland and Chaos Shrine one day, then FF2, then 3 and so on, if people would like me to? Without storyline spoliers of course |

Final Fantasy I:
Warrior of Light: ![]() ![]() Warrior of Light could be considered the middle ground of this game, ironic since that status is usually possessed by his buddy, Red Mage Warrior of Light isn't fast, but he's not slow either, he's more in the middle area His Brave attacks consist of Combos with his Sword and Shield as well as using Red, Blue and White Fangs to use magical spells (Including him searching in his armour for the items, which is a nice attention to detail) His HP attacks are where he gets his range, including a long range shock wave, homing energy swords and the like He also has 4 HP attacks that can be chained from Brave attacks (Meaning if you can hit with the relatively low risk Brave attacks you can garunteed chain into a HP attack) Ex Mode: ![]() Transforming into Knight, Warrior gains the EX Bonuses Reflect Attack, Protect, and Divine Protection of Light. The first two increase his defence and even automatically deflect attacks back towards your opponent. The third one however creates swords of light during his Brave attacks which increase Brave Damage dealt. His EX Burst, Oversoul, has Warrior subduing the opponent with powerful magic sword blows, each strike dependent upon the number of input various D-Pad commands shown in the screen over time, allowing a final strike that unleashes the sacred magic. Garland: ![]() ![]() Garland is a heavy hitter and very slow, however his combos have a lot of variety as his weapon can change and split, so his combos can be very slow and heavy hitting or very fast and hard to escape While his running movement is slow he, strangely, moves quite quickly on walls His HP attacks are based on Chaos' special attacks, Blaze, Tsunami, Cyclone and Earthquake, which get shorter in range in that order Ex-Mode: ![]() Donning a white and rune covered cape Garland's ex-mode is Soul of Chaos, the overall appearance is meant to symbolize Garland's appearance as a heroic knight before he turned to evil While in the middle of his attacks he cannot be interrupted by Brave attacks I can tell you, being unable to interrupt his attacks is quite deadly His EX Burst, Soul of Chaos, causes Garland to empower himself with evil power, and to execute it perfectly, the player must mash the circle button repeatedly to charge a gauge up to its maximum within a time limit, allowing Garland to heavily flay the opponent with brutal attacks. Final Fantasy II:
Firion: ![]() ![]() Firion's variety is immense, his moves include using all 8 weapons (Including Fists and Shield) from his original game as well as Magic, his Fire magic is amazingly slow and easy to deflect however, coupled with it's homing properties it's easy to hurt yourself with it He's a mid-speed fighter with at least two moves (Each with differant range) designed to bring his opponents in close for other attacks He's happier on the ground but his still relatively arial capable and favours, though not exclusively so, close range ![]() His Ex-Mode involves Equipping not just the Blood Sword, but Blood Spear, Blood Axe and so on As you'd expect, yes, his HP attacks restore his own HP by the damage he deals to his opponents, making it an impressive Ex-Effect His exburst, Fervid Blazer involves several slashes with his variety of weapons before, get this: Loading his Sword, Axe, Spear, Dagger and Staff into his Bow and firing them all at his opponent Blood Weapon HP drain still applies during exburst Emperor Mateus: ![]() ![]() Mateus is a trap master, his attacks are designed to stay around and about of a long time, be it two small mines that fall or float, a large sticky orb that attaches to walls and cielings or his electrical crest that deals damage while causing temperory stun he will soon restrict you movement and is deadly is tight spaces like his home arena, Pandaemonium His HP attacks are limited, but work well with his Brave attacks, his Flare is a blue orb that follows and homes in on his opponent religiously, combined with the traps it can be impossible to avoid His other move Starfall takes a long time to charge, but you can move completely freely through the air while it does charge, before release a barrage of small meteors and then a huge comet and is nigh unavoidable ![]() Mateus becomes the Emperor of Hell! He, like Firion's Blood Weapons, and just like he did during his Final Boss battle in the original game absorbs whatever damage he deals to his opponent's HP His EX Burst, Absolute Dominion, has the Emperor conjuring a powerful spell, and requires the player press a sequence of buttons as they light up, and will end in the ability Entice if executed perfectly If not, he will end the Burst with the weaker attack, Cyclone, one of his weapons from his original game |

Final Fantasy III:
Onion Knight: ![]() ![]() Onion is fast, so very very fast, the game's fastest character His attacks a light, fast and split evenly between magic and melee ALL of his Brave attacks can be chained into either another Brave attack of a HP attack, meaning his chaining skills are amazingly deadly His sheer attack power is low but more than makes up for it with the amount of hits he does ![]() Onion Knight becomes Ninja and Sage, swapping between the two when he uses a Melee or Magic attack, thus always allowing you to get the best deal for your attack Ninja and Sage both deal larger damage with thier respective attacks, but Sage alters the spells slightly (Firaga is cast as three instead of one, Thunder has extra orbs, so on) In both Bursts, the game will become reminiscent of a classic Final Fantasy battle and you must choose a command from the menu that appears, Holy for Sage and Shuriken for Ninja Onion Knight is unique in that he has two completely separate EX Bursts If activated from a magic attack, his Sage form will use Spellbook, while his Ninja form will use Ninjutsu if it was activated after a physical attack. Cloud of Darkness: ![]() ![]() CoD is slow, very much so, and her Brave attacks are limited and awkward to hit with But the sheer variaty of her HP attacks, almost all being called Partical Beam, theres O-Beam, Wide Angle, Fusillade, Anti-Air and more, are fuctioning and shaped differantly, from a standard beam to a scatter shot of orbs She is effective if used to whittle away at one's HP attacks swiftly, bit by bit, and is good with keep away games Should her opponents get too close her arial tentical attack is a good trap, especially so in corners She gained a red thunder and two shot mini orb attacks in the Western release ![]() In her Ex-Mode he can cancel out of any attack at any time, good since her attacks can take thier time to happen and also the sizable post-use lag time is immensely reduced Her EX Burst, Ultra Particle Beam, requires the player to hold down circle to charge a bar up to 120% in order to severely damage the enemy with her signature attack, Particle Beam Releasing the button too late will result in the bar dropping to 80% and a weaker attack |

Final Fantasy IV:
Cecil Harvey: ![]() ![]() Cecil is interesting in that he has two forms, Paladin and Dark Knight Most of the Paladin's Ground moves send the opponent airbourne and more the Dark Knight's Arial moves send them plummeting When a HP attack is used while grounded Cecil becomes the mighty Dark Knight, one of the slowest characters on Cosmos' side His attacks are slow and heavy hitting, he has a projectile designed to draw his opponents close and it often opens up the opponent for a pummeling, great for getting in those HP attacks to activate your Bursts at the last second Meanwhile a HP attack while in midair transforms you into the swift Paladin Pally Cecil is on the higher end of the scale with movement speed and his attacks a much faster, albiet weaker, than his Dark Knight form, they, however, have more hits than DK's attacks He has a few longer range attacks than his other self aswell Using his forms wisely is vital for playing well as Cecil ![]() Equiping his most well known swords, Deathbringer and Mythgraven Sword, to increase the damage of Cecil attacks By pressing the button combo used to enter ex-mode (R and Square] Cecil can swap forms at will without having to use a HP attack allowing more options with combos For his EX Burst, Soul Shift, the player must input three combination of two buttons; depending on how many successful combination he has pressed, he may use his Dark Knight's Darkness or will chain that with a powerful combo followed by his Paladin's Cross Slash. Golbez: ![]() ![]() Golbez isn't actually all that slow, he's not fast by a long shot, but not bad He's, as I likely do not need to state, a magic user, however the was his magic works is interesting He uses a spell at long range, however at the same time uses a point blank similar spell to accompany it, making him both long and short range similtaniously Some of his spells involve teleportation, one such is based of the Demi spell, creating a larger orb, before teleporting behind his foe to use a smaller orb which if it hits it will drag the trapped foe into the larger orb Interestingly, the CPU and it's protectors from the Giant of Babel turn up as one of Golbez's attacks, firing a laser towards you Golbez is the only Chaos character to be able to chain a HP attack from a Brave attack ![]() Summoning the Shadow Dragon who coils around his body Golbez in his ex-mode can use the Shadow Dragon's signiture attack, Black Fang, by pressing the same input as how you enter ex-mode Remember in FFIV that Black Fang instantly reduced your HP to 0? Well now, after a long charge time, it reduces the enemy's Brave to 0, an INSTANT Break, a huge boost to your own Brave is always nice His EX Burst is named Twin Moon, and to execute it, the player must input three pairs of commands successfully but If they make an error, Golbez casts Gravity Quake If all three commands are inputted successfully, the Shadow Dragon paralyzes the foe with Binding Cold, followed by Golbez casting Twin Meteor If timed correctly, an alternate line of text will appear when Golbez performs a perfect EX Burst, a new line of dialogue is also spoken right before he fires the meteors |

Final Fantasy V:
Bartz Klauser: ![]() ![]() Bartz is a mid speed character and classified as a Mime he uses moves that are owned by other characters But rather than just do that, he mixes them together, for example his Climbarrel is a combo made up of Cloud and Squall's attacks Only his long range attacks are unchanged and all learned from Terra (Except for a chained HP attack which is OK's Flare) but are, however, learned at much later levels than Terra's are His design is remeniscent of both his original Amano appearence and his in game FFV appearance ![]() Bartz in his exmode aquires an additional attack with the same input as Golbez' additional attack However Bartz' is short range but very quickly fired HP attack, Goblin Punch, which is good for suprise attacks His EX Burst, Spellblade-Dual-Wield-Rapid Fire, refers to an incredibly powerful combination of abilities commonly used in Final Fantasy V, which has Bartz imbuing his friends' weapons and attacking with the four elements In order for it to be perfectly executed, four pairs of D-Pad commands must be input correctly in quick succession He finishes off the Burst by combining all his mimicry weapons into the Brave Blade for a final attack ExDeath: ![]() OH MY GOD HE'S SO SLOW! Think of the slowest running speed for anything you've seen in a game, like Potemkin of Guilty Gear or the playable characters in Megaman X7 Now tie 70 tonne weights to thier feet Half that resulting speed to get something that makes ExDeath look like a snail with a zimmerframe However, it's compensated for, he can still run on walls, grind and the like at high speeds But the major compensation is ExDeath has controllable teleportation for nigh instant movement (You have to wait while you aim it, thus the nigh part) You even deal damage when you teleport into (literally 8D) someone He has so many Brave attacks you'd squirt milk out of your nose when you looked at them in comparison to the other characters' lists His greatest aspect however is his Shields, reflecting projectiles and countering melee attacks Shantotto litterally can't damage him head on, having to rely on alternate tactics and trickery ![]() Meet the new Neo ExDeath, since both his Final Boss forms were rather..... Immobile to even the point where ExDeath looks like Sonic the Hedgehog he has an amalgamation of his normal self and his tree form His Shields become faster to use, the post Shield lag time is cut and he can counter more often For his EX Burst, The Laws of the Universe mean Nothing!, the player must press to reduce a bar, working in reverse way as Cloud of Darkness's EX Burst In case the bar isn't completely emptied, Exdeath will cast a version of Grand Cross, but, in case the player has executed it perfectly, Exdeath will cast Neo Almagest, in which Exdeath engulfs the opponent in the Void and then seals the entrance by crushing it in his hands |

I'm most tempted by Onion Knight, Bartz, Terra, Zidane, Emperor, Exdeath, Kefka and Kuja
Final Fantasy VI: Terra Branford: ![]() ![]() I think I have a crush on Terra, I'm gay but I think I have a crush on her.... Guess some things surpass even sexuality But on topic! Terra is one of the slowest heroes but she doesn't need running speed with what she has She's a long range, super powered, magical nuclear weapon silo Seriously, she could probably cause Chernobyl II Her only close range attack is her Blizzaga melee combo which is swift enough to interrupt an enemy attack for three easy hits Her HP attacks are Flood which attacks from below, Tornado which is almost unblockable and Meltdown which has a slightly slow charge but fires fast.... And Bounces Possibly her must useful move is her Holy Combo, which features a cast of Holy, Followed by 3 to 4 Fire spells and then the almighty Ultima She is one of 3 characters to use Ultima, the other two are Kefka and Kuja, but they all work amazingly differant If you're on the ground and need to make some distance between you and your rival her Fire attack, which travels along the ground before exploding for immense knockback Many of her attacks are availible both arial and on the ground to give you a lot of options regardless of where you are ![]() Terra uses Trance and enters her Esper form aquiring a very useful ability Duel Cast! Every spell is cast twice (If you press the button again), meaning Tornado swirls around twice, Flood gets an extra splash and Holy Combo? Well, instead of five orbs of Holy you get two volleys of 3 orbs, followed by 6 to 8 blasts of Fire and finished off with TWO Ultimas, and by god does it pack a punch, and then of course allows you to activate your ex-burst: Riot Blade, where Terra whips out with her arms and flings crescent-shaped waves at her opponent The player must hit the directional pad in tandem with the circle button to charge two power meters; the more energy they charge, the more blades Terra fires and the stronger the attack becomes Kefka: ![]() ![]() Kefka is, as you would expect, completely insane His footsteps go poit as his skips and when he jumps a BOING sound is heared His magic reflects his instable mind, moving strangely and erratically, his Blizzaga fires out like Terra's, pauses and then shatters, hailing damage onto his opponent His Firaga fires out as a blast of three and zigzags towards his foe and yet another version slowly floats about, changing sizes until it contacts and causes multiple hits to it's target's brave He, like Terra, is of course all about the magic, except for one melee based HP attack, anyone who knows Kefka will have guessed it by now: Havoc Wing! Where he flips, homes in horizontally slighting and massively vertically and from what I can tell it has good priotity so many long range attacks cannot break through it ![]() In his ex-mode Kefka becomes his godform His magic becomes even MORE erratic, stronger and sometimes longer range They become very hard to avoid in this state so it can be quite effective His EX Burst, "Warring Triad", has Kefka summoning up the immense power of the three gods It requires the memorization and input of three button commands, but if the buttons are inputted incorrectly he will instead use the weaker "Forsaken", his special attack in the final battle, however if the buttons are correct, he will use Light of Judgment |

Final Fantasy VII:
Cloud Strife: ![]() ![]() Cloud is again one of the slowest meaning rather than dodging you'll be wanting to block so you don't have to close back in since, obviously, Cloud is a melee fighter Cloud is based around slamming his foes long distances, idealy into walls for additional damage Careful though, Cloud isn't good at getting close to his opponents to do said damage so make sure you DO hit a wall so you can stun them long enough to close in again Cloud has only ONE long range move in Fire, which works identically to the one Zack uses in Crisis Core (One fireball at low levels, 3 when stronger) right down to it's size and appearance, just it vanishes after covering less ground than Zack's did Cloud has two Chain HP attacks, one is done through a combo on the ground to make finishing touch and the other is identically done in the air to make Omnislash Version 5 ![]() You'll notice Cloud has equiped Ultima Weapon in this image, while his other costume combines all the blades of the First Tsurgi into the complete blade His attacks become completely unblockable by everything except for Exdeath's All Guard, other than than he's shatter all defences and beat his opponents down Cloud's EX Burst is Omnislash, his strongest Limit Break in Final Fantasy VII, where the player rapidly taps circle to completely fill up a Limit Break bar, allowing Cloud to bombard opponents with fourteen sword slashes leading up to a stronger fifteenth slash Sephiroth: ![]() ![]() Sephiroth, midspeed with long and close range attacks, most are with his sword but he has the occasional spell His spells are easy to explain so they'll be where I start He has Shadow Flare (a brave attack) which make 4 purple sparks (black orbs in the JP version) close in on his opponents and he also has Black Materia (HP attack) which, as it sounds, summons Meteor from the sky, it has to be charged however similar to Mateus' Starfall, however Sephiroth's doesn't take as long but as a draw back he can't move like Mateus can Another por is that a smaller version can be fired when partially charged while Mateus' has to be fully charged but Mateus' comes with a few smaller fireballs So they're about even in terms of pros and cons His Brave sword attacks, for the majority consist of combos in which you press the attack button again to continue them, however timing is vital as each attack his multiple hits and continue to the next stage in the attack too soon will mean you miss out on the extra hits You should press to continue just as the last hit in the attack deals it's damage His HP besides Black Materia attacks are simple combos including evidence Sephiroth can't count His Octoslash, Octo meaning 8 yes? Well, it has five hits 8D His also has the attack Jenova, when using his appearance, used to kill Aeris, titled Hell's Gate ![]() In his Ex-Mode, he gains the ability to fly (Did I remember to say in thier ex-modes TErra and Kefka can fly too?) and a move very similar to Golbez's Black Fang It's a move he stole from Kefka, Heartless Angel, it's done the same was as Golbez's Black Fang, has shorter charge time, has free arial movement but instead of getting an instant break it reduces thier Brave to 1 His ex-burst Super Nova is charged the same way as Clouds and involves him throwing his opponent into the sun |

Final Fantasy VIII:
Squall Leonhart: ![]() ![]() Squall is the master of ground combat, he can start immense combos with them, he's also very capable of being arial but the ground is his true home Most of his arial moves result in senidng his opponents crashing downwards too His has some limited long range attacks, such as Blizzard and new to the Western release he has a Barrage of Ice spells that explode as electicity Squall's magic attacks focus primarily on ice and thunder spells, which may be a reference to the two Guardian Forces he uses at the start of Final Fantasy VIII, Shiva and Quezacotl His most useful ability appears to be Rough Divide where he rushes with blue energy around his blade towards his opponent Ironically this is his LAST move aquired ![]() Squall equips the Lionheart He gets a range boost, damage boost, every attack does multiple hits (Think Trigger) and his Brave attack Solid Barrel becomes unblockable His EX Burst is his traditional Renzokuken, where Squall will attack mercilessly 8 times, in which the player must tap the R button repeatedly at the right moments to increase the damage of his strikes, following up with one final slash, Lion Heart Ultimecia: ![]() ![]() Ultimecia is a spell caster, using somewhat unique spells, featuring glowing red and glowing purple arrows which both work differantly Glowing blue axes that can be charged to increas thier sizes And similar spells Thats her Brave attacks in a nutshell, the purple ones can be set to float for a while before attacking and the red ones can rapid fire Her HP attacks include Shockwave Pulsar (Fired in an arch shape), Great Attractor (Huge Orb with FF8's World Map used like Terra's Meltdown minus the bouncy) and Apocalypse (Launched from a disc that homes in) She's REALLY hard to give info on XD ![]() Ultimecia pops her Griever hat on.... Well, Junctions him at least.... for her Ex-mode Her bonus is another move just like Seph, Bartz and Golby, however, her's isn't offencive, rather, she stops time around her opponent for a period allowing her to get an attack him Great Attractor works great with this Her EX Burst is the utilization of Time Compression. She freezes her opponent in place and can then summon a horde of magic beams. This EX Burst uses the same mechanics as Squall's Renzokuken, requiring the player to press circle in time with icons on a power meter to land hits rather than the R trigger The finishing blow is called "Sorceress Heart" |

Quote (dont chocobos rule? @ 24th August 2009 02:54) i have played the demo and im thoroughly excited. i am most excited to play as squall, and from the demo, will not look forward to playing as terra... Really? Have you played her in hard mode? She gets some great moves! Especially her Holy Combo But again, every character is designed to be immensely differant so to each thier own Final Fantasy IX: Zidane Tribal: ![]() ![]() Zidane is a very fast runner and opposite to Squall Zidane is best fighting in the air His attacks consist of fast combos and he's quick enough to dodge and be back in the fray with very little delay Carful long as a lot of magic attacks strike from the air, like Terra's meteor Almost all of his attacks are based off his Dynes allowing him very vesitile range and yes they can be used outside of Trance Examples are Stella Circle 5 which is used on the ground and surrounds an unmoving Zidane in a bluish tornado made of symbols and Grand Lethal and arial HP attack which surrounds Zidane in pink Trance-like energy as his dashes forwards through the air Zidane has quite a few HP attacks that can be chained from his Brave attacks, although all five are either Meo Twister or Free Energy (Which in the Western release is now also availible as a basic HP attack without having to chain) ![]() Zidane lets his emotions flow and becomes Trance for his ex-mode In this mode he gains extra jumps up to 10, or with certain abilities equipped 15 (Then you arial dodge and get 14 more, rince and repeat) During these jumps he apparently gains immunity to some attacks His EX Burst is Reverse Gaia, where Zidane will strike with a flurry of attacks and the player must rapidly press the circle button at certain intervals in an attempt to fuse the two planets together, progress measured with a bar, allowing his Brave to increase and allowing him to follow up with a powerful Grand Lethal finish if successful Kuja: ![]() ![]() Thongman.... uh.... Kuja even, is the only character capable of flight outside of ex-mode Which is an intergral part of his fighting style He glides around effortlessly, firing spells destructively His attacks change in strength and power depending on ones distance from your opponent Most of his moves seem to be based of of Holy and Flare, which are of course the moves he used in his FInal Boss battle Holy, dispite being in the same form it was in the original game, has been renamed Seraphic Star (Holy Star in Japan) to co-inside with Flare Star's name He is capable of casting Ultima, to which many purple orbs fall from the sky while Kuja can still move around freely ![]() Upon entering his ex-mode, Trance, the orbs of Holy that follow him around become capable of damaging his opponents on contact, he he jumps they spiral around him and on landing dash out around him Kinda like Sora's FInal Form does in KH2 His EX Burst is Final Requiem, a fury of repeated Flare Star attacks cast with Kuja repeatedly conducting, requiring the player to rapidly press circle to sucessfully chain them together, finished with a Holy spell which leads into an Ultima spell |

Today I bought a PSP, just so I could play Dissidia.
Now I'll order the game. I can't wait to play as Kefka, Sephiroth, Kuja or Ultimecia. That's right goodie-goodies, eat my dust. EDIT: By the way, True Ultimecia would be a way better Ex mode than that silly Griever costume. Final Fantasy X:
Tidus: ![]() ![]() Tidus' alternate costume sucks, seriously, it's a tad brighter, it's just silly Tidus is based around dodging and then countering His melee attacks consist of long range dashes, often with multiple hits (Such as one being a dash one way, the back, the forth again) He can also throw his sword like a boomerange and throw a blitzball His HP attacks are based off his Overdrives, Energy Rain consists of a kick before firing sparks to explode upon his opponents, Spiral Cut is exactly as it was in X as is.... wassisname.... with the lotsa slashes.... Jecht Shot is now a HP attack too, a combo of high powered blitzball hits Also, remember the nigh broken Quick Hit move in X? It's a chainable HP attack from many of his Braves ![]() Tidus in his Ex-mode equips the Caladbolg which boosts his damage and casts haste upon himself, making him run even faster than Onion Knight and Shantotto While running he can reflect minor spells In his EX Burst, Blitz Ace, Tidus performs his ultimate Swordplay Overdrive, attacking opponents rapidly before throwing a Blitzball, having it rebound back and then kicking it back at them, his overall Brave multiplying fivefold when the player times the dilating cursor correctly Jecht: ![]() ![]() Jecht is a bit unusual He has a multitude of brave attacks but they're all combos than involve chaining into his other brave attacks, with the right timing, before knocking his opponents flying Because of this if you get hit you're pretty much garunteed to take heavy heavy Brave damage His sheer power is offset by him only being a close range fighter His only long range attack is his Ultimate Jecht Shot HP attack, and even then it's got short range He's the best there is at blocking when you ignore Exdeath's absolutely insane blocking prowess thanks to his Jecht Block, which can only truely be penetrated by an above or below attack, or of course Cloud's Ex-Effect His HP attacks seem to be complete combos, except Triumphant Grasp which dashes forwards and grabs his opponent ![]() Jecht becomes Braska's Final Aeon, though slightly more compact His combos have less pause between each volley and no longer need you to hit your opponent to continue the combos, meaning you can cross about half the map doing nothing but attacking making many other melee characters have trouble attacking without being caught by his attacks For his EX Burst, Blitz King, Jecht flings his enemies with a kick, slashes them with his sword, and then kicks a boulder, which is divided due to the strength of the blow, at them This EX Mode works like Tidus' but uses two timers instead, both working as variables to calculate the number of rocks the boulder thrown at the enemy divides in the end of the combo Oh, and you American lot and Canadians too.... It's out for you guys |

I first played Dissidia at 12pm Friday, and this morning I checked my play time as I had turned off to sleep at midnight last night
That would be 60 hours passing between said sleep and the first time I played I have played Dissidia for 41 of those 60 hours.... I've been even more drawn in that even i had expected |
