what would be a good mix to use with Steal as well?

and does useing Steal Command Materia with Steal as well Materia
increse chance to steal?

I dunno about Steal+Steal As Well, it might just try to Steal twice

I use Morph+Steal As Well on Yuffie's Conformer

Most enemies die in one hit, and are robbed and morphed at the same time

The Thief Glove on disc 3 will make Steal increase dramatically, so it's not really needed to do double steal

Comet 2 + Steal As Well = win

And the Morph + Steal As Well on the Conformer is good too, as This Guy Are Sick said.

Those are the only two I can think of that would be particularly useful. Maybe Slash All or Double Cut, if they work with Support Materia...
