My god, even in their 60's the Who still kicked large portions of booty. Foo Fighters weren't too bad, but not as good as when they did Queen a couple years ago. Pearl Jam was amazing. The Flaming Lips weren't too bad either and Incubus was as good as usual. And I couldn't believe Tenacious-D actually did a decent performance (I loved the movie, but I expected more comedy out of it and I was shocked)

Edit
Wee! It wasn't over! I was praying for Behind Blue Eyes and My Generation.

The Foo Fighters were alright. I think Dave Grohl's voice did well for "Young Man Blues". As much as I love them, they don't do the best covers because, well, no instrument is ever clear in the song, and I think the Who were awesome at letting each instrument be noticeable in any song. The Foos shoved their bassist, Nate, and their touring cellist in a corner, which I referred to as "the corner that could not be heard". But they still played with energy, and I love when they do that.

Am I weird because Incubus blew me away? I couldn't imagine them doing any Who song, so when they had a very good performance, I was amazed. Unlike the Foo's, everything was audible and came together well.

I expected Pearl Jam to be good, and that's what I got. I love the cover and original version of "Love Reign O'er Me".

If the Flaming Lips did a Tommy medley, why didn't anyone do a Quadrophenia one? That would've been cool representations of the Rock Operas they made.

I don't like Tenacious D, but "Squeeze Box" wasn't bad.

And of course, the Who did a great job of topping it off. Roger and Pete still sound great.

My only complaints are that there was no "Eminence Front" played (my favorite song from them) and that song that Adam Sandler sang was insulting. He said that if Keith Moon were still here, he'd tear down the house, which is not only insulting to the current drummer who is trying to fill in large shoes, but if he actually paid attention to anything, it was clearly stated by Roger and Pete that because of his lifestyle, Keith would've never lasted.

I was a little disappointed by the Foo Fighters, but I've heard worse
