I just got to the battle Arena i cat seem to get through the battles.
what lvl should i get to b4 i can get 64000gp?
any pointers?

I didn't take on the Arena until I was in the 60's but I think it can be done then, maybe earlier

I'm gonna try to get clouds final limit on the first disc is it possible?
im lvl 24 right now

If you beat the Battle Arena on level 24 I will personally grant you one wish.

Theoretically it is possible to obtain Omnislash on the first disk, but you'd have to super-level, and that's boring.

Agreed, I was in the 90's when I went to the battle arena....Granted I massacred everything...

I think you'd need to atleast be in the 50's.

Is Omnislash even available at the battle arena on disc 1? For some reason, I seem to remember it being locked until later in the game.

i think it is it would make perfect sense anyway, i think the more expensive items, the more powerful ones, were locked on the first disc, or the items swapped round after disc one. and i think i got omnislash when i was about level 40-45, but it was the first time i tried battle square lol

when you do try try to land the slots n handicaps, but dont get too handicapped, you get more battle points for being handicapped. the first time i tried battle arena i luck wasnt on my side, but i managed it anyway and got 32000 points for it, truthfully!

It indeed is possible to get it on the first disc. You might check HERE
for advice on how to do it. I can't guarantee the accuracy of the site but I can tell you first hand that it is possible to get it on the first disc.

I was in the 60's and 70's before I even TRIED to get Onmislash
I was about lv. 90 or so when I tried to get W-Summon

I always wait until disk 3 to go for omnislash and w-summon, and I think my characters were at least in the high 50's low 60's before I won. Good luck to you if you decide to go for it on disk 1; I think getting the "all materia broken" or "magic materia broken" handicaps on the last slot is worth the most points, so you can just aim for easier handicaps on the earlier slots.

You can get Omnislash in the first disk. Although I don't remember if you can obtain it on your first visit.

I would obtain it once it was available, didn't matter which level. The earlier you do the fights, the easier the monsters are. The Battle Arena progresses with the boss encounters through the story.

It's unbelievably easy once you have a good level/equipment/materia.
I played on my sisters game that was fully leveled.
I'm not the best person at battles
But it was really kewl
