Yeah, Celes has more personality than Terra, but not too much.

yeh, id say celes , but i cant say relm is on third so id say:
1:Celes
2:Terra
2:Relm.

I would have to pick Terra, for one she is very nice, compassionate and caring, although
she is an Esper. She was the first girl in the FF games to be that way- Most of the time they couldn't fight or were too much of drama queens. But Terra is the best female character ever!
But then it would go Celes, Relm.
Oh, and in FFXIII, the main character is a girl. They say her name is lighting and that she is the female version of Cloud.

OMG really?! could you post a confirmation please? I mean, the fact that it would be Cloud rip-off kinda puts a hink in it, I don't wanna see a tomboy just swinging a sword. But I'm looking forward to seeing the story on this, but alas, a lack of PS3 will hinder me.

There is talk going around, that she is a rip off of Cloud, but she is hardly a tomboy.
She kicks ass, really, she does. Uh...I think i remember something about her braking out of jail and her friend - Its a guy on a motorcycle. There are twelve characters in the game. One with cards- Setzer. One with a kantana, handguns, shotgun, mace, a bow, a spear, scythe, bare fists
and a flute. They say a Moogle is in it, but not a character you can play.
The character with the deck of cards has been said to be more important then the rest.

Oh, and there are more versions of the game. One has the view of Lighting and the other male character. In the girl one, there are three main people the staff has pointed out first, they are, but we haven't got any more names yet.

Lighting-
Here is some news about Lighting:
Character designer Tetsuya Nomura was asked to create a "female version of Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII", and has described her as "not very feminine".

Blond hair man- doesn't have a name yet.
He was nicknamed "Mr 33 cm" by the staff of Final Fantasy XIII because of his shoe size.
He's the one with the motorcycle.

And a red haired woman, who uses a bow. She lives in Pulse, which is i guess, a city.

Relm.She's a spoiled girl that's retarded and has a refined vocabulary. She also has the highest magic stat on the game making her an excellent spell caster.
