The first ship I ever saw was the Falcon. But I pick Blackjack because it had things that the Falcon doesn't have.

The back story is good because more is learned about Setzer, and the music is better for the Falcon than the Blackjack. But if you're talking about the ships themselves, the Blackjack wins hands down. -------------------- |

I also liked the "Epitaph" (as the Music Player calls it) music that plays while Setzer's memories of Daryl are playing. It's a nice, sensitive version of his theme.
The Falcon looks bigger on outside, and the deck is longer, yet it's so much smaller. I wonder why? I do like the big room inside the Falcon, where Celes sits on the couch.  |

Blackjack. It has better colors (black, blue, and yellow IIRC) than the Falcon, and the song was much better too.

i picked the blackjack, but i still prefer the falcon, since it was more of a hassle to earn it instead of just "here ya go"

I wanted to see which airship is the better of the two. The Blackjack is more manouvreable and has shops and healers aboard but the falcon's music is cooler and is allegedly faster

It's not even close here. The Blackjack looks cooler, has entertainment, delicious refreshments which probably come straight out of Setzer's pocket and thus aren't free but don't take away from your warfund and it has H-Bombs. (If I correctly recall, the graphic for H-Bomb uses the Blackjack even in the WoR, despite the fact that it's supposedly blown to pieces, so take this point as you will.) It's vegas in a flying bomber boat.
The Falcon on the other hand kinda looks like a beat up, old, dusty piece of junk that pretty much only avoided being stripped for parts due to a personal sentiment. Also, faster with worse turning only makes it more difficult to control and it's not like you have anything to compete with for the skies during the game. Well, except Doom Graze but you kinda just randomly bump into him anyway, by which I mean it's not like the story makes it seem like you're deliberately seeking him out or anything. Oh sure, it's still a ship that flies like nothing else can still and that's still all sorts of cool but still, it's kinda like comparing the Bat Mobile to a Mercedes Benz. Are they both reputable, quality, expensive cars? Yes. Does the Batmobile totally blow any Mercedes out of the water with superiority? Yes. -------------------- |

Pros of Blackjack: Shop, Refreshment Stand
I hate hate hate the airship muzak though. Not Setzer's theme, cause Setzer is awesome. But the muzak when you're flying around annoyed me. Pros of Falcon: Searching for Friends, Darill (you all know she's hot, I see why my main man Setzer fell for her) Final conclusion: I like my Blackjack, but the Falcon has it's merits. Oh and I voted for the Blackjack. |

this was a hard one....i mean, yea the blackjack is cool and black, and named after a card game, and has free refreshments, and has a kick ass casino in it, but the falcon is....the falcon. My vote goes to falcon just because its sentimental, and has probably the most recognizable song in the game

Being a gamblin' man myself, I'd have to choose the Blackjack. The overall look of it felt like I was flying in style. Too bad there were no blackjack or roulette minigames.
