I've never tryed this before but we all know that Concentrate/Concentration allows you to hit an enemy without missing but would it still be the same case if lets say...
Archer with Concentrate/Concentration vs. Unit with Arrow Guard/Archer's Bane or Unit with Concentrate/Concentration vs. Unit with Blade Grasp/Shiradori would the attacking unit with Concentrate/Concentration still hit the target? Or would the defending unit dodge/catch the attack? Blade Grasp would still allow you to dodge the attack I believe.
Concentration I believe bypasses all the evasion of the target, mantles, shields, class evasion and the like. However it does make everything a sure bet as not everything has a base perfect accuracy. Steal and Battle Skill for instance have accuracies based on a number (different with each skill, breaking a shield will be easier then a weapon) and a stat. Speed for Steal I think, and PA for Battle Skill. I say that because Blade Grasp is it's own kind of evasion and would take place after concentration's effect would come into play. Something like that. -------------------- Really Random Quote of the Day: "Short of changing human nature, therefore, the only way to achieve a practical, livable peace in a world of competing nations is to take the profit out of war." - Richard M. Quote (Kylerocks @ 19th April 2008 11:09) I say that because Blade Grasp is it's own kind of evasion and would take place after concentration's effect would come into play. Something like that. yeah, blade grasp is 100 minus your brave number, so if you have say 90 brave, the attack has a 10% chance of hitting you -------------------- Aujourdhui a commence avec toi. |
