I am currently stuck at evilwall. I may be underleveled, or I may just suck, but I can't beat him haha.

what level do you think I should be at to fight him?

or any other tips.

thanks much

Berserk the men (Edge only after you've thrown everything you can) and have rydia black magic it with Ice spells (summons have too long casting times). You need fast damage. I can't remember the level I beat Evilwall at, but that's how I did it.

USE BIO IT ROCKS AGAINST THIS BOSS... make sure you beat him fast or he'll crush you. Use Edge's throw if you have anything good.

Summons take awhile yes but Leviatan rocks as well against this boss. I just whacked at it, threw a couple times and summoned Leviatan until it went away. The dungeon it's in actually helped me level up enough to beat it most times.

If I do remember correctly all of my characters where in there high thirties-low fourties.

Have Rydia cast Leviathan. It will do ALOTE of damage here, along with Bio and Blizzaga.

Having Kain jump will also do quite alote of damage.

Have Kain Jump and for Rydia have her use Leviathan.
Bio , Blizzaga and Edge's Flood Attack and Throw are also quite
handy against the Demon Wall.

I was around the middle fourties for the battle, my highest being Kain who was at a lv of 47 and my lowest being Edge at lv. 44. But you can basically defeat him as low as lv 27. The higher your lv. the easier it is to defeat him though.

I don't know if this even works anymore cause in the new Advance version it failed, after the battle with the evil dolls in the dwarf castle, don't leave the throne room, use warp and it'll warp you back into the crystal room, the crystal is there so grab it, then when it comes time to go into the cave you'll automatically get the mini cutscene where Golbez takes over Kain, and poof the crystal was already taken, I was so excited when i first found that out i completely avoided that cave. but just remember i did this in the old SNES version and it didn't work for me in GBA.
