Chocobo raising, particularly the part where you already have
Possible spoilers: highlight to view the first parent of the Black Chocobo and you have to keep resetting the effing game until you get a chocobo that's a different color and sex. Ugh. The red XIII quest was kind of annoying and the great glacier. Even with the strategy guide I seemed to get lost

the lifestream and the beginning in midgar. they just droned on and on with nothing happening. also the wutai sidequest, because i like my materia!!! yuffie was really annoying in that quest!!
