How do you g et past the doom train car with the waiters they are in my way and tell me to order food i do and they are still there please help.

Exit the car, and just walk to the other side using the balcony (or whatever it is) on the outside to proceed further. I think that's how you did it. Anyway, it's not difficult at all to find the way. I did on my first try. Just investigate the area a little more and you'll find your way. Good luck!
