Does anybody know if there are any books about Final Fantasy. A while ago CoN reported on a book for the 20th anniversary, but that it was only in Japanese. Does anybody know if that book is in English, or if there are any other books that are like it?

If you're talking about informational books, all those in-depth ones (that I know of) are in Japanese. Of course, they always sell those walkthroughs with additional information and some artwork in English...or do you speak of doujinshi, those fan-made comics?

they have some ultimania or something for at least the earlier FF's, VI and IV are the only ones i've heard of. of these, i think only the FFIV one is translated, which you can find online. not too sure about the hole business, but i did read some of the FFIV one. basically, it goes in depth on the characters, events and such in and related to the game.

I was looking for informational type books, like the books they have for Star Wars or Lord of the Rings. I don't read fan-comics that much.

I figured you were focused more on informational stuff. I believe many, if not all, of the informational books are in Japanese.
