Cait Sith is the only one I dislike.
He looks funny and has bad breath. His limit breaks annoy me because they aren't consistent and he has more votes than Barret on Kane's poll.  |

I dont really like Barret. I like that hes trying to save the planet and all and i know hes had a bad past, well I dont, dont like him I just never use him.

At first I didn't like Yuffie because she and Vincent had no role in the plot of the game and she just steals the teams materia (no offense to yuffie/vincent fans, i even alternate between them because they're the best magic users besides aeris)
I had no idea why Cloud let Cait Sith follow the team around even if he forced himself in. I'm going to have to go with Red XIII while like everyone else he was a character to like, his story was good, but he's a lackluster character, outdone in physical attacks by most other characters and magic attacks, his limit breaks pale in comparison to everyone else, he's a specialist at nothing. Basically it's almost as if he serves no purpose other than to be your connection to Buganhagen.

Cloud annoyed the hell of me throughout the game.

Barret,
i just don't like him much. He annoys me, some of his attacks are pretty good and i have him in my party frequently for levelling up purposes etc. No offence meant to Barret fans :] -------------------- Nasty Tonberry! Kill It quick! WTF?! |

Why are there two topics that are nearly exactly the same made within a week of one another?
But personality-wise my least favorite character is probably Yuffie. Hopefully one day her bubbly hyperactivity will collide with Vincent's taciturn emo disposition, create a quantum singularity, and utterly destroy the universe. -------------------- |

has to be cait sith. i've completed this wonderful game 53 times, and not once, ever, has that overgrown doosh made it into my final party. you can wax lyrical all day long about his limit breaks, but in the end, he's a stuffed toy, being ridden by a cat, who uses a megaphone as a weapon, and

Cait sith for various reasons. The most important being that i got his limit break that kills the party at least 4 to 5 times in a row during the battle with the materia keeper. I found it hard to believe that it could happen so many times in a row. I then switched his limit to dice and realized that every other character I had was better.

Cait Sith did my head in. S/he gave NOTHING to the game whatsoever, only subtracted from it.
It'd have been far cooler to have a guy from the Turks to join the party as a spy, who then comes to his senses. |

I suppose I dislike Yuffie the most as I find her annoying at times. But I don't actully hate any of the characters from FFVII.

Its a coin toss between Yuffie and Cait, but Cait won because he/she/it does my head in. The only thing that salvaged the very little respect i had left for it was its limit breaks are pretty awesome

same thing that everyone else has said pretty much. cait sith and yuffie, but cait sith wins for being a dirty traitor. besides, his suicide was not very cool, and he even came back after dying anyway (ok, a different cait, but they were basically the same).

Cait Sith is my least favorite character. He is a stuffed animal with no point in the story and he gives the Turks the Keystone. Traitor!
(I think the Turks are awesome by the way but it's not there fault Cait Sith gave them the keystone. What would you expect? He's a traitor!) -------------------- Hadoken! |

Mine is Cait Sith for sure. The first time I went through the game I actually liked him for some reason and then got sad when he died from the black materia. I use to love his Dice limit attack early in the game thinking it was soo powerful lol. I havent used him since the first time I played the game. Red XIII would be my 2nd least favorite.
