Im trying to get pink tails so i can then receive adamant armor from the dwarves, but im having very bad luck actually finding the sirens needed to fight the princess flans...

Where exactly is the BEST place to find siren items, and which Dwarf do i talk to for the armor?

In summary, the best place is stealing from the Last Arm or Searcher in the Giant of Bab-il, or the Floor of Remembrance in the Secret Dungeon, presuming you're playing 4A. And all you do is exchange the tail with the same guy you gave the rat tail to.
