I like Gogo/Cyan. It offers the opportunity to do two Bushidos, without the ridiculously long wait for the second one.

FFIVDS looks awesome, right? Especially the character scans. I mean, look at that CGI scan of Yang. You see it and you just think...badass. And then you look at his polka-dot pants, likely stolen from a Dr. Seuss book. And then you just...shiver.

Whenever I use a two member group, I use Edgar and Sabin.

1. Edgar's Tools and Sabin's Blitz are very powerful.

2. They're brothers.

3. Sabin is my favorite character.

I like Celes and Sabin. Sabin popin out bad-a%& blitzes while Celes hammers the enemy with atma weapon. thats how I usually play.

Hello all, avid FF3/6 fan here.

I voted other, seems alot of peeps did the same.

My fav 2fer is Sabin (Genji Glove/Offering w/ dual Tiger Fangs) and Umaro ( with both of his badass relics)

I really like Umaro, I always give a lil smirk when he throws one of the party members into the enemy for 9999s, my fiance loves it too.

Cyan and Shadow.

Hook Cyan up with the Genji Gloves, and Shadow with some Shirukens. They're my two favorite characers, and (like always) they are swordsmen.

I'd probably say Terra and Edgar. Both versitile charecters, and after I'm through with them, they usually pack a punch as well.

This all ignores the fact I'm too much of a wuss to use a two person party however...

easy: Sabin and terrra! i use sabin`s quick and uses bum rush two times and then i use terras sword (the legendary sword, the best you can find, better then ragnarok, dont remember what its called )

interesting. Gogo can be used as anyone's partner, as he can use three other abilities, as in my case, blitz phantom rush, or if terra is there, magic for ultima, or mimic dualcast ultima, and third slot fight, for kefka's tower of fanatics. btw all of the ff6 fanfics are really good. except mog soldier. i disliked it, and couldn't continue after 2-3 pages/chapters of it. reflections and hand of reaper are really creepy and good. btw again, is that supposed to be Kefka, or Terra, or Celes on the top of screen, with the plumes, and costume. It is a very girl-ish face, to me. it just looks like a girl.

Celes and Terra.

Double Minerva Armors, kickass both in fighting and in magic, Terra's got Morph, and Celes has got... well, she's just cool, okay?

Plus, admit it, boys. They'd be the easiest pair on the eyes.

i agee with L cully's last statement. Terra is wearing panties, and no pants, shorts, or skirt to cover them up. when she has arms up in ictory, you see bra and panties, and nothing else.

oh wait, best team of 2... would definately be Shadow and Sabin.

Probably Gau and Locke. One of them has the most powerful ability in the game, and the other can AtmaWeapon + ValiantKnife + Offering. Terra, Celes, or Sabin are also good choices.

Hrrrmn, in terms of best 'two' I'd have to go with Sabin and Gogo...Bumrush and mimic over and over

edit- As for my typical four man team, I go with Sabin, Gogo, Cyan and Terra...I have Sabin bumrush, Gogo mimic it, Terra I hook up with the gengi glove and offering, give her the atma-weapon and illumina, morph her and let her attack eight times for 9999 practically each time while Cyan charges up for Qudra-Slice

...using that formula I beat final Kefka in like, less then a minute

I like Setzer (Fixed Dice and Offering) and Terra (Illumina) as my 2 man team. If Setzer is at a high enough level, he can just toss away with the Fixed Dice 4 times for up to 39,996 damage, it happens quite a bit around level 75.

Aaaah, another Setzer fan! I was beginning to think I was alone!

So, yeah. I say Setzer+Celes.

Setz is just plain wicked with Offering+Fixed Dice. Even ignoring the fact that Setzer wins a million cool points (freespirit gambler++), the dice with their own damage formula ignores the Offering's usual 'less damage for each attack' annoyance. You have to ask yourself: Do I feel lucky?

And how the devil can one possibly pass up a dualcast of Ultima? Terra, Celes, and Relm all fit this role perfectly, but Celes wins for two reasons. Firstly, I somehow like Runic better than the useless Sketch or even Morph, which is just "omg more damage" which we probably have enough of in the first place. Not to mention that Celes is the cutest of the three. Hey, respect da hairstyle. Too many girls wear their hair up these days (or in Relm's case, wear funny hats). Heh.

Cyan and Sabin always for me. Sabin will Blitz the heck out of them while Cyan prepares a quad slam to pick up the mess.

I would try two different approaches:

Gau and Umaro for Automated Battle Sequences haha

As far as two general characters, I would go with..

Edgar and Cyan.

And for fun, if it were possible:

Shadow and Ghost. What a pair
