okay.
I wonder who is the best berserk character in the game.
say if you use some kind of attack and you lose control of the character for the remainder of the battle.
Umaro is always in rampage mode.

my pick is Gau and Umaro
they have strong attacks and they take luck to beat the enemies.

Definitely Gau, because before he goes beserk you still have input on how good it will be and what kind of stuff he'll do.

Umaro because it's hilarious seeing him pick Relm up and throw the little girl at the enemy.

I'd have to go with the Wild Boy on this one.  Gogo's strength isn't in his dances or rages, it's in copying people casting Ultima with gem boxes.  Mog's dances aren't that powerful, and they're a quite limited option.  Umaro you have no control over, and it's quite possible for him to get in the way of something, like Gau getting rages.  Gau's rages cost nothing, and are extremely effective.  I mean, free Meteors don't come around every day, do they?

I pick Gau.  With him, you can at least control his attack set.

I'd have to agree with my haiku-fetching friend.

Umaro, it's just funny to throw little girls at mean looking Bracheosaurs.

Gau, most definitely.  I was vehemently anti-Gau for awhile, until I actually decided to use him actively for longer than just fifteen minutes.  I discovered that he's actually a great character to have in your main party, or just as a tagalong character.

I can understand why people chose "Gau", but unfortunaley I don't use him that much, so I'd have to go with Umaro.

I couldn't decide between Mog and Umaro, so I went with Mog because he's a moogle.

Well, I don't like beserker too much since it may get in the way of what I am doing, but if I had to choose, I would say Umaro because I like offense, and umaro delivers so much of it. Gau may have an attribute of a monster you don't like, Mog may not do the thing you want in a dance all the time (i.e. Sun Bath against Atma Weapon), and I think that is all the beserkers I know.  At least with umaro, there is a consistent powerful attack move you can expect.  And if you want variation like from Gau and Mog, just equip blizzard orb or rage ring,.

I like Mog the best. His dances are really great. I don't see why so many people dislike them :shakeshead: ! I always use Mog as one of my best characters. 'nuff said!
