Does anyone besides me think that Terra's command "Morph" rocks ?

I think it rocks because it's so darn hot! I didn't bother trying to figure out when it's advantageous because by that point in the game my Terra character was so darn strong anyway.

It's not a matter of when. Her morph will always be advantegeous. Once she is leveled up, equiped with the ultimate stuff (Atma Weapon, Paladin Shield, Helmet, Genji Armor / Minerva) and morphed, she's pretty much unstoppable.

Morph is surely a good command, but I never bothered with Terra when I played, so I never used it.

Morph + non Illumina/Atma Weapon sword(I always save Illumina for Celes if I get it, and Atma Weapon's damage is never affected by effects) + Offering = Dead people!
Morph + Gem Box + Merton/Ultima = Dead people! I'm sure y'all can think of some more reasons why Morph = dead people. Double damage is always good, just make sure you charge it up first. -------------------- My soul is bound to the Mistress of the Afterlife, and my fealty is to her always. I personally disagree becuase it is to easy to get Ultima to do 9999 dam without Morph and healing isn't that important either unless you do mad leveling where maybe you would need really powerful healers but usually the Cure 3 is enough. Thats why I prefer mad leveling fighters becuase you actually have a reason to made level them. But I never tried the morph as a fighting techinque.

I never really used morph. For one, I didn't notice any actual benefits (I'm not saying that there aren't any--just that I didn't notice them), and if I had, I would have lived in fear of not being able to morph when I needed to, and so never actually used the command.

Yeah, I'm pretty much the same way. I only morphed when I battled the dragons and Kefka just to see her limits, and I realized that a morphed, leveled up Terra doing Ultima is the same as just a leveled up Terra. I have noticed, however, her physical damage is slightly higher when equiped with the Atma Weapon, Illumina, or any other powerful sword.
